    Personally I would go for a factory one of you could find one or a Tex mirror. I have a set of these in the garage, will put them on when time permits. Got mine off ebay but I know a couple of places that stock them down under now. I think these are the ones WarrenZ had on his Zed, God Bless him.

    +1 not having a Zed or a running Zed is not an excuse. All you need to bring is your appreciation of Zeds. Maybe organize a car pool. Myself,George and Loui(OldZman) are in the St George area, Pauly(mr240z) is innerwest.

    Does that airfilter box fit the su's? I thought that is a flat top type filter. Also in pics 4 & 5 the carbie (closest to the firewall one) looks to be cracked

    yes 1600dave you beat me to it. Look at the 4th pic with the rear of the car. The sign writing on the side of the van is mirror image.

    George has been a bit quiet........cruising in his mx5 already? Sorry guys, can't make this one. :'( Just got a phone call that an overseas relo is in Sydney for a couple of days (unannounced) and I have to entertain them on Sunday(take them to Rookwood to visit Grandpa).

    Like most people he probably assumes all 260's are 2+2's. Firstly welcome to the forums, and glad you have "seen the light" wanting to swap your 33 for a s30, so you can't be all that silly. Go to carsales.com and compare prices for your R33 4dr and a "decent"240Z/ 260Z 2 seater and you'll realize you will need some cash adjustment or the Zed will be a "project". R33's are a dime a dozen. No one in their right mind would straight swap a decent Zed for your R33, no offense intended. Good luck on your quest and hope to see you behind the wheel of a S30 soon.

    :-\ weather is not looking good atm. I don't mind getting the Zed wet but my rear tyres are like ice skates

    I believe it's the overhead grab handle from a public bus or train. Its a Japanese trend that is filtering to the states. 2 seaters might be plentiful over there but in my opinion as an aussie, and how scarce 2 seaters are becoming here I think the s30 deserves a bit more respect than that. You want to practice your welding try it on your civic instead.

    ITB'S on a triple weber manifold. Costs about $5K but. I was all set to go for it but the missus threatened castration. Check out Dimitri's Zed.

    Got it from Powerplay imports in Drummoyne, Sydney. They're Skyline/ SX specialists. Also, I'm sorry.......the card says moops!

    Actually I just remembered I have a spare "kinked" 260Z 5spd gearstick in the shed. I'll try it and let you know.

    I didn't know there was a difference but if it helps it fitted my car perfect but it is a RB 5spd

    New, only been trial fitted but I decided to go with a Momo instead. Includes shift pattern sticker but bad luck if you run a 6spd . Apparently you can get a defect if you don't have the shift pattern displayed and there's no pattern on your gearknob? Momo never supplies these. I paid $80, asking $65 incl registered post anywhere in Aus. $5 will be donated to this site. Payment via Bank deposit, cheque/money order. PM me. cheers

    not true man, it was just an encouragement award!! Got my car back from the mechanic and she is running sweeet Only have to fix the headlight now. Fix it Pauly & I'll shout you a wagyu steak. For the show tomorrow I am thinking staying there maybe 2-3hrs tops from midday & may go for a spin after?
