I was lucky enough to find one of these a little while ago. While I was looking I had some advice that you can alter the LHD mirror (readily available from US $145US from memory). But it requires breaking the glass, unscrewing the mount and flipping it to the other side. Glazier should only chg $5-10 to fit a new mirror. This will sit out a little futher from the car than the factory one but unless you have two car beside one another you are going to be hard pressed to notice any difference. Good luck

Hi all My panel beater now has the car on the full computerised rack and will be starting to pull her out shortly. I am after all the factory chassis dimensions so he can get it as close to or better than when it left the factory. The computerised records that he can get access to do not go back as far as the 70s. I do recall years ago someone posted up a link on dimensions for a 260z 2 seater Dale

I got mine rebuilt/kit at the local brake shop. Second lot I received back 2 wks ago. From memory it cost $30-$40. They also rebuilt the hilux callipers and rebonded new new material for rear shoes.

Opps. At least there was no damage.. I havnt missed that driveway (touch wood), but I did miss a very similar one in a previous house in a 240z in exactly the same way as you did. Thats when you need an lsd.

Thought I had better chime in at some stage seeing as though this is my car This is the car that had an unfortunate incident in Tasmania many years ago now. A Tech screw was picked up in some road works 15km earlier which resulted in a slow puncture to the front PS. I had just let another NDSOC member past a few km earlier and was just cruising through some twistys, first tight right hander tyre came off the rim (see photo earlier) and that was the result. Estimated impact speed was 40kp/h. When I was rescued by the other NDSOC members (thank-you by the way) to get the car back on the boat the screw was discovered in the tyre when we tried to re inflate it. The head was very worn indicating it had been in the tyre for some kms. Plan - same color re paint - no b/bars - triple 45s / injection - cam, as Clarkson would say power - on original motor
