Hey Peter, this would have been awesome but I'm heading to Dalby that day :S Would definitely be up for a similar run on another day

Hi guys, finally got the cases. The company was struggling with the influx of orders with their special price I think. The black and white (2nd case in) is for sale for $30. I'll chuck the green one up on ebay and see if I get any bites. I think most of you have sent me your address. I'll check my pm's tonight.

Hey mate I think I have one. I can check tonight. -
Fulcrum Suspension at Browns Plains (or any Fulcrum) get a mention quite often. Stevo_GJ got his done at Fulcrum Hillcrest I believe. This is for koni reds, lowering etc. not sure how you would go if you were doing coil overs. If you are replacing bushings here is a fairly recent quote for the superpro parts from them (not labor): http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php?topic=10883.0 A few people on the forum, mainly Lurch, seem to recommend SuperPro bushes. I remember reading on their website something about them doing extensive testing with the durability of them. If you believe most of what you read on the internet, most poly bushes tend to loose sharp or deteriorate quite quickly and the belief is that SuperPro may be a better quality. The cheap poly bushes in my 240z are rooted and they were replaced 10 years ago. May sound like a long time but it only did about 8000 mile in 7 of those years. I'm going to replace everything I can with SuperPro and then do the rest with the cheap American stuff.

Hi guys, completely off topic but I am going to Mt Hotham in July/August to go snowboarding and was wondering if anyone has recommendations on getting there or anything else to look out for (being that many members here are based in Melbourne)? We were looking at hiring a car but with 10 of us it seems like it is cheaper to bus it (any bus company recommendations?). So we would probably fly into Melbourne and go from there. We were also looking at flying Brisbane to Sydney, then Sydney to Mt Hotham but it's going to be another $200 per person so not sure if it is worth it. Anyway feel free to share your experiences

Yeah looking awesome . The black stuff looks similar to lizard skin, seems to be a good product.

Haha I'm sure we can gather enough zeds to organise it. Brad did you see the Datsun Dealer sign on ebay? Very rich but I remember you wanting to make one. Casey, I was talking to Greg the other day and we are thinking of trying to head out to your way for a run sometime soon. Haven't seen you since you moved. You will jsut have to make sure you can start your car though

absolutely no problem at all. I would gladly put those images on my wall. But every single photo can be critiqued, if we didn't learn from every photo we take our photos would still be those stern faced portraits from the 1800's

I think the creamy coloured walls work. If they were gray the picture would look more black & white with some hand colouring on the wheels which I think would not be quite as good. The vignetting is a touch dark/harsh but I think this combined with the creamy tones it has that retro look that everyone is doing atm. Given the stance and colour of the car I think being a bit dark on top gives it a bit of a stealthy, tough look and in this case doesn't need to be perfectly exposed... if the car was different it might be a different story. I agree about the trolleys although I think they would have looked alright in the picture, just not behind the car as you lose the lines of the car where it normally would have contrasted with that creamy wall. You could probably 'disappear' the license plate on the car in the background in the second picture. That way it would be just a black mass and would not detract from your car at all. To be really picky you could remove the green sign on the wall as it doesn't really add anything and is just something else to look at, but really really not a big deal. Again, like thriller just picking at the nitty gritty, they are really nice photos!

I had some extra camera gear from my work and thought I'd take another pic of my 240 before I returned it: <a href="http://www.shaun-maluga.com/Images/Z/24tzd/ZNight_1200.jpg"><img src="http://www.shaun-maluga.com/Images/Z/24tzd/ZNight_1200.jpg"></a>

Hi guys, I msg'd Woza and asked if it was alright to host the design files for the bracket for people to download but he was a little hesitant as he didn't want anything dodgy or not done properly getting back to him. I'm looking into radial mounted wilwoods with a built in handbrake attachment, I'll start a new thread soon to get some feedback on why this is/isn't a possibility.

So turns out I won't flip the picture because the steering wheel would be on the wrong side Here is a list of people possibly interested. I have assumed everyone except sco-aus and mickieb have the iPhone 4S. DTF260 & nizm0zed what colour picture would you like? MickieB - Samsung Galaxy S II - 1 x Bright Green, 1 x Magenta - $50 ea chris240 - iPhone 4S - 1 x Silver - $30 DTF260 - iPhone 4S - 1 x ? - $30 nizm0zed - iPhone 4S - 1x ? - $30 kobes - iPhone 4S - 1 x Orange - $30 sco_aus - iPhone 3GS - ? - $50 I can print one more iPhone 4 or 4s case for $30. After that I am more than happy to do more but would probably be looking around $50-60 ea. Let me know if you are keen

Haha according to google maps the new Shannons club in West End is the Australian & New Zealand College of Anesthetists. I won't lose my liver will I?
-
MickieB: cool I'll check it out and let you know. sco-aus: I think I can get 3GS ones from the same place I'd get Mickieb's, I'll let you know
-
I'm definitely in. The old man can't make it though. I'll bring along membership forms for my dad and myself on the night too Cheers
-
Cool, glad you guys like MickieB, looks like the Samsung Galaxy is possible but I'll do some research and get prices etc for you as it will be from a different supplier. chris240, silver shouldn't be a problem kobes I did do an orange one but I mustn't have saved it! I will update designs and pm you guys my bank deets. I think I'll flip the design so that the car isn't cut off by the camera hole. I'll finalize and show you guys before I print. Also if anyone has a 260z I can do a version with the hood vents as seen in the first pic. I'll leave them off by default so just let me know if you want them
-
Here is a pic of one I printed for Steve
-
Hi guys, not sure if anyone would be interested but I can get some iPhone cases printed. These would normally be $60 each however I can print the first 4 for $30 ea (with a donation to the site). So first four people to respond can get the $30 price and if people are interested I can work on more designs. Thought it might be a ncie little way to make the site some more money, let me know what you think
