    I looked at that when I added the Clutch pedal to my (orig. auto) Zed. The auto brake pedal is straight, whereas the clutch pedal has a dog leg in it. Just cutting down the pad area on the auto brake pedal to make fit wont work as it still fowls on the manual brake pedal. The auto brake pedal would need modifying to make it fit correctly.

    No geometry issues... You can't run the vented LN106 calipers with the stock Zed rotors. If you want to run a bolt on 4-spot caliper, you need to find some early Hilux '12+8' calipers that are meant for a solid rotor.

    It's an old wives tale - If you torque the head down in sequence & check the cam isn't binding, it'll be fine

    Zeddophile you are indeed correct - the aforementioned threads were of no use to the original topic. So why leave them there? I guess I am fighting an uphill battle with some of the off topic comments... However, a lot of the information posted by members also contains a lot of ramblings - it's a 50/50 mix. However, I won't tolerate mindless dribble in the technical section & the like. 'Off-Topic' is for that.
