I think it's pretty clear it needs to be put on a jig and re-aligned... no question about it.

Looks like you may need to unplug the drain there, shouldn't hold water like that. I'm guessing it's blocked with debris etc.. inside fender area etc..

I don't know of anyone who makes that section aftermarket specifically, despite is being 1 of the most common rust traps. So if eBay seller indigo123 can do them, then yes. But I'd consider getting a local metal worker to shape it for you and do the repair, since shipping of that section + cost in GBP will add up and may still need "tweaking" to fit your car. Do you need the tray or the curved part underneath or both?

Which badges are they? The lower fender ones that have "260z" on them?

So what is the advantage of these? Thicker? Or the adjustment in the threaded part?

Hmmm just testing now it seems fast to me. But every so often I've noticed some slowness, which may be server load induced.

I wouldn't say easily, you'd need a donor front-end off a 260z 2+2 I'd imagine. But yes, fixable.
