I am working on Chris Ferguson to get him to come as well, His and Tim Knapstiens car at 8000rpm are a bloody treat to the ears, Peter Hall is clerk of coarse so he doesn't usually run at the sprints. Ledge Posted October 21, 2012 Author Posted October 21, 2012 HI All Had a great day at the track today except for finding out my oil cooler is not up to par with the engines requirements. After a call to Darren Lewis for some advice i was advised not to risk engine so only done 6 laps. Done a PB of 1.17.8 but with one eye on the gauges its hard to give 100%. Thanks to the Auszcar members that came out for a look it was great to meet a few of you and i hope you guys had a good time and it was worth the trip. Cheers Paul Quote

Ledge Posted November 23, 2012 Author Posted November 23, 2012 HI All Well its time for a makeover. Have been wanting to do it for a while and I'm just biting the bullet and going for it. Changing to ZG flares and adding rear skirt, i always hated how high the back of the car looked of the ground. Made a mold of a rear skirt i had access to and modded a bit. fits pretty good to the car, if it was a road car would need a bit of filler here and there. Cheers Paul Quote

Twinnies on the track me thinks. Graedat, Darren got a custom billet set from Camtech from memory they have about 11mm lift and 278 duration Bloody thing pulls like a 14 year old with unlimited ADSL . I did sacrifice some power to have the idle the way it is though As far as i am concerned an old car needs overlap. and lots of it. Cheers Paul Quote
