Similar colour to this

Hello

 

Im really keen on painting my car a similar colour to this. Ive done some reseach on the car but cant seem to find any paint codes or colour references. I want a nice whitesh/ silver colour with a pearl in it . Does anyone know any colours, from any car, that are similar to this?

I have been looking out for a similar colour to paint my daily driver. I saw a lexus the other day with a very pearly white. Not sure of the model but I'd say it was no older then a 2005 model car.

 

Other cars with nice pearly whites are some of the 2000+ model subaru's and mazda 6's...

that colour looks very similar to the Pearl White of the Lotus Esprit from the late 80's (yes the Bond model).

 

the paint code is:

 

P02 Pearlescent White ICI P4217865 A089B6184V + Clear  (This of course means nothing to me but, I'm sure someone here knows what is means).

There was one of these Lotus (or is it Loti) in MSCA back in the early 90's.  It was a beautiful colour.  I couldn't have it as I was racing an Alfa (red or RED!)

I really like how this colour changes in the light around the rear quarter.

Thats becasue of the pearl in the paint right?

yeah i'd say its due to its pearl and the surrounding colours of the lights, post up the pics of that car under normal lighting conditions too incase that helps anyone know what it is - as it does look fairly silver in ones such as ur display pic?

 

the most similar colour i've seen would be the pearl white off a lexus is250/350

Just a thought.....

 

The door mirrors in that pic of the IS250 would look sweet on a Zed considering they mount to the door skin and not the glass channel?

current toyota Rav4's also have a very nice pearl white, but only the higher spec models...be interesting if its the same spec as the lexus given toyota make lexus.

i have to agree. these lexus are not small cars and the mirrors look big on them,

so they would look like dumbo on a zed

I saw a honda civic type R today with a similar paint job and don't limit yourself to car paints. There is a kawasaki colour that is very close to the colour your after. I repainted my fairing on a 94 model ZX6R ninja. The white that they use has a silver pearl through it. It would look awsome on a larger scale like a car.

You wouldnt happen to still have the paint code would you? Bike colours are fantastic

No I don't have the bike or the paint codes anymore but it would only be a quick call to a kawasaki dealership.
