Meanwhile my 240Z is still on jackstands in the shed waiting for a heap of work to be done..and not much time to do it in! So I thought I'll put it out here on the forums before anywhere else so the "Z family" has first dibs. Model: 260z 2+2 auto Location: Highett, Melbourne Item Condition: Good, but interior is a bit tatty. Body: No major rust anywhere..Fresh paint, Just surface rust where there was a previous front right hit that's been repaired. No rust on the body, battery area rust has been cut out and replaced. Mechanical:L26 with elec ignition, 240 Carbs (Hitatchi's) Auto but comes with most parts for manual conversion that I have collected over the last few weeks; pedal box, 280ZX box, flywheel, new clutch master/slave, pressure plate and other bits. Price and Payment Conditions: Looking for around $2500 or best offer. Won't really go under $2000 Registration: No reg / RWC Engineers Certificate: N/A Extra Info: Has 260Z mags with good roadworthy rubber, all lower front panels with indicators / park lights are installed, has original radio, reconditioned radiator, new Nissan thermostat, missing front bumper and could do with new carpet. If some more time and effort can be put into this, it has the potential to be a real clean car. One issue, heater tap needs to be replaced and some surface rust in spare area.
