Where is the "Activity menu"- "Activity streams" etc?

Or under the “More” tab if using Safari

or under the "Activity" tab if using IE

Right now Posts is full of a spotted something, nothing else, boring, the previous setup gave a much wider indication of which topics were active at a glance.

in the your activity stream have selected “Content Items Only” ?

By selecting this I changed the “unread” list to only show each thread once, not once for each post.

Then clicking on the thread title it takes you to the first unread post.

also on the main forums page, the most recent active threads appear down the side.

Not sure if any of the above helps.....

All that aside, there has not been much technical posts over the last few days.

How come so many people have either a letter or a number as there avatar eg.  1600dave has a 1 in a orange circle as his avatar , i will say that  he is a number one kinda cool guy, but am i doing something wrong or is the upgrade still catching up?

Some folks who don't have an Avatar configured will show the first letter or number in their usernames instead.

There was a time when there was more of those, but the software was rebuilding the cache and seems to have rebuilt most of them.

The ones that are not yet restored I'm not sure about (since caching has finished apparently).

I can look into it if folks want them restored or perhaps want to try uploading a new 1?

Every major update seems to have a few hiccups, I've been working through them all. I haven't had a chance to fix the site banner.

I should write down a "to do" list actually.

Just merged a bunch of threads related to the migration. Going to lock this 1 down. Since we have already merged. Will post link to new topic for to-do items and follow up questions regarding activity stream and latest post activity can be added there.
