Rust Repair Panels.

Trying to get dogleg and lower door rust repair sections. Rare spares dont have them, the z store or motor sport auto was 300usd to post them!!!!!! Any one know anywere else i can get them?

Guys I've been talking with Bardan from ImportMonky and a friend of mine in SFO about doing a bulk container load of S30Z panels and parts.

 

I'm thinking about:

> roof turrets (2 seater)

> rear 1/4 panels

> topy steel wheels

> door shells (240z)

> Radiator support sections

> bonnets

> Possibly engines or engine heads (P90s)

> Possibly entire cars (HLS30s)

 

We could also fit Tabco sections in with them.. I still have to work out costs etc.. but I may need to start another thread to get interest from folks and see how much of each is needed.

Using https://shopmate.auspost.com.au/ will initially post to an address in the US - from there, it is then redirected to you; tabco won't know the difference.

Shopmate (and Australia Post for that matter) have very limiting size restrictions unfortunately;

I have been trying to get Bardan to get stuff outta the USA for awhile so hopefully something happens. If you have no luck I have a friend in the 2000 sports club that has been getting stuff outta the USA and he has a half decent shipping company he uses. I think it cost him around $250 for a pallet to Australia, No idea how much for a container.

What kind of L24 head? E31 or E88? I'm not really looking to import motors at this stage. Mostly panels and steel wheels. Things that are getting impossible to find here.

The thought had occurred to me, but just a house with a large workshop or a warehouse conversion would also suit me.

I thought being further out of Melbourne in the West it would be cheaper.

 

They only want close to 1.6M though!

 

Personally the only reason I was really interested was the workshop. Can't be bothered mowing that lawn regularly. Or looking after a pool.

Maybe look at a house on a larger corner block. you could then put a workshop in the backyard with access from the side street.

I have seen this work well

Yeah I noticed that's what Locky has done in Warragul. Only problem with corner blocks is that they often appeal to developers for sub-division.
