Datsun 240Z AM Seek Scan Radio 70-71 power antenna Hitachi TM-1801ZB

Datsun 240Z AM Seek Scan Radio 70-71 power antenna Hitachi TM-1801ZB. Used oem seek scan am radio for 1970 early 71 240z.
If you are restoring an early 240Z this radio is a must.
This radio has been in dry storage for 30years and came out of a working car. I cannot say it works but it did 30 years ago.
It has all the connectors and Hitachi tag on the radio. The faceplate has a corner chipped off where the mounting screw goes.
Every thing pushes and moves like it should. One of the push buttons on the end has a slight bend to it that can be easily fixed.
This is the perfect radio to have reconditioned for your show car. All parts are original to this radio , no replacements or cheap fixes it is just as it came out of the car. Selling as is, I have not tested radio at all.
Makes a great gift for the early 240Z restorer or for the radio reconditioner.

lol a few years ago probably equates to 10 years ago now haha

Actually as recent as 2-3 years ago. Someone was selling a couple on eBay with a buy it now of $100 or so and I snapped them up. Untested, but I haven't had 1 that doesn't work at all so far, so they are pretty durable.

Looks to be cheap for those wanting panel cuts?

240z Datsun

Bentleigh, VIC

Up for sale is my 73 240z rolling shell with front end damage (driver’s side). The car will come as pictured, still retaining the full set of wheels, less Topy, rebuilt diff with less than 3000 miles, suspension etc. The car is not on any written off register if you want to repair it or can be used as a donor car for the rear end or perfect roof. This shell has a lot going for it.

For those doing RB26 conversion, this might be helpful?

Not sure if it will fit our cross-member set up in S30Z's though.
