hey all I picked up my bluebird 410 yesterday and though I would post up some pics, so far it looks mostly good, the only rust I have found is in the front left quarter. it has the original factory paint and was owned by a old lady from new. we put a battery into her and a bit of fresh fuel and much to my delight she fired first go. here are some pics and more to come IMAG1149_zps67786d6e.jpg

R16 engine?

You can fit the internals from a H20 Urvan of Forklift engine into it

Lou Mondello in Melbourne has done a lot of work on Horton Poulter's sedan, suspension mods engine upgrades etc, it gets aling VERY well

shes a cool old rig, it didn't take much to fire her up either some fuel in the carb and a new battery, the carb needs rebuilding but other then that the brakes need new seals as one is leaking and needs new seats, the rest of her is mint the interior is spotless no cracks on dash, door cars are good steering wheel etc all good. I will post some more pics up tomorrow

Really nice little car, not something you see everyday.

I remember that my uncle had a panel van version many years ago in Perth must have been early eighties as we had a new Bluebird GX sedan.

well I pulled the carb down and cleaned out the jets (due to flooding) and now she runs smooth as silk, the clutch works and so does the gearbox, first and reverse anyway. I have changes the plugs and old, filled up the radiator and much to my delight it does not leak also, she has no leaking oil no leaking fuel or coolant, it has been really well looked after I will post up some vids of her running soon
