  1. You guys got a keen eye of nice property. Imagine the prices in Sydney for something like that, well over 1.5M
  2. @HomeBuiltByJeff if your having trouble with wiring other than the cluster, contact Justin from ProWire he will sort you out. Possibly feature him on the build, give him some publicity he might help you out. He does heaps of work around Sydney and im sure he would like to help and IMO he is the best. If you like I can PM you his number....
  3. Your definitely in love lol
  4. @jeff43 seriously mate well done. So timeless, great effort
  5. @gav240z pretty decent for reproduction. I just hope I dont slide around when turning corners. I had this issue with the seats in my RA23 so I upgraded to Sparco seats and hated my life after that. They were sitting too tall in the car and I couldn't adjust the height due to the rail mounts. Didn't want to mount directly on the floor. Hopefully if I need to upgrade ill get bride seats in the Z as I heard they sit low in the Z or can be adjusted
  6. Yeah I agree. I got mine from Rob at Z Factory and couldn't be happier.
  7. Great progress @HomeBuiltByJeff looking forward to seeing it running soon
  8. Great stuff Jeff, are you planning to do the doors and roof too
  9. Thanks @PeterH @GongZ I think Z Car Depot sells these rubbers as I have come across them before but could be wrong. I checked but the closest looking gaskets are the ones for a 280z front indicator could cut them down to size. https://zcardepot.com/collections/lights Even the side marker lights gasket looks similar
  10. Can you take some pictures of the gaskets and post them up. Might be able to interchange with something else
  11. @GongZ Ian Im actually thinking of installing the front blinkers on the front bar on the 73. Ill purchase another bar and punch the holes through, get it chromed and keep the current newly chromed bar to change it around latter on. But definitely a quirky look on the 240z
  12. Yeah looks nice in the picture
  13. Hey @CBR Jeff Is your car matte orange?
  14. Hi @manuel thanks but I bought a pair a while back, cheers
  15. @CroS13 HAHAHA I hope so. bro, for your sanity loll. If he pulls his finger out anything is possible with this guy. Currently he seems motivated in 2019
  16. Finally some progress on the 240z, I was starting to lose my mind. So the rear quaters, rear beaver panel and roof have been repaird and bogged up and sprayed in primer. I delivered the RB26 engine, 25 gearbox and the RD25 oil sump to the guys who will be fabricating the mounts and modifying the RD sump to suit. Once the engine and box are in and mounted correctly they will be pulled out are the car will be put in highfill then will be ready for paint. Hopefully this happens before Christmas
  17. The L28 turbo should go hard if tuned properly. Do you know if its a stock L28 turbo? Yeah I was like that too, couldn't decide of rebuilding the L28 was worth it or just purchasing a RB26DETT. But the RB won at the end of the day.
  18. Hey mate well done on the progress. Do you have any major plans for the L28?
  19. Hey Jeff Did you manage to get the parts from JDM Car Parts?
  20. Look you need to find the right kind of Lady, someone who appreciates the finer things in life lol
  21. @OdinZ as they say "same shit different smell" After seeing that picture Im turned off. I also think it doesn't look like the concept car originally shown to people and they cant blame manufacturing costs for that
  22. New Toyota Supra. Not sure what to think......
  23. Thats a hectic shed
  24. @jeff43 nice progress mate, the black sound deadening looks clean in plane black, it makes it look OEM. Keep it up your inspiring me to put my Z together once the body is done. Possibly save some money too
