I had a similar issue in my Z, the cores of the radiator were toast. Re-cored radiator fixed the issue. Your issue is probably different though, seeing as you've had yours rebuilt.

Hi guys, I have a non running L28 sitting in my garage that's taking up space that I need for my car - it's free to a good home. It has an F54 bottom end and an N42 head. It can't be turned over and will need a rebuild, I don't have the time or the money for that atm. Pickup only in Gungahlin area, PM me for details. If anyone knows of a wrecker that would take it please let me know too. Scrapping it is a last resort. Cheers Zero
