L series electric water pump http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/PCLC06/16-7025 I think VVT is on RB Neo Engines and maybe R34 RB25's (Series 2 RB25's) Ask those RB questions on Skylines Australia, They should be able to give you definite answers I am pretty sure is is the CAS sensor on the front of the engine that triggers the ignition on a RB engine. this sensor is mounted on the front of the passenger side cam. I am not sure which bell housing would do that, have you looked at 180b's etc? If there is enough clearance with the tunnel and the starter motor bulge on the bell housing you might be able to modify your engine mounts and gearbox mount to suit.

I am looking at a full set of speedhut fully programable gauges to run on my RB25. Black Faces White or Silver text White needle (day) Red needle (night) Green to Blue glow.

Stevo if the gearbox is working fine just with that little blip as you change through to second, don't worry about it just drive it. Does not sound like the gearbox is going to blow a poofle valve anytime soon.

I have been thinking about the cam cover for my future project of a webber powered RB20/25. Would you be able to post pictures of any cam covers that look like the the S20 motor in the picture below? Does not matter if it is four cylinder or 6. If they are four cylinder covers I will buy two and weld together. The cover is just going to float over the existing RB cover and be mounted with tabs. so the cover is purely cosmetic and will have no mechanical use at all on the engine. Diemensions could be useful too if you can supply them

I have the opportunity to buy a RB20 plenum to suit my RB25. The radiator outlet faces forward intead of out at 45 degrees. which I do not think will be a problem. But do the bolt holes and size of the ports match?

I will buy one then, price of one of them compared to rust repairs is sweet FA Peter did you buy any particular brand? And where did you mount your anodes?

Nzeder that hybrid idea sounds pretty good, I think I will just worry about getting carbs running though. What are my options for running spark on the RB engine? ECU controlled or ? I am looking for the simplest solution.

They do not make the Mikunis anymore do they? I would be better off going Webbers or Delortos I think, They come in 40mm and 45mm right? Also I think I seen a set on US Ebay that were 47mm but they would be far to big I think.
