  1. If it was the Tasmanian Targa cruise. I read the article awsome video on that one. 2010 is the next one right? I could be your local guide lol
  2. Do you have a 280ZX fuel pressure regulator
  3. http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php/topic,2368.msg17999.html#msg17999 Check me out I am based in Rosebery on the West Coast of Tassie
  4. The Entrails are good. I have installed 170mm Spot lights and foglights standard on my X-Trail (I can see 750m up the road), side steps, nudge bar, STRUT BAR which is the best thing I have got for it so far MAKES IT HANDLE BEAUTIFULLY ON THE TARGA TASMANIA STAGE I DRIVE TO WORK ON. HUGE DIFERENCE. Mrs just has a nudge bar on hers I have to buy her some driving lights. But the ZEDS come first lol.
  5. Hey Mick, if you decide to have a cruise day please advise if it's a "more Z's the Merrier" type of thing and I will update it in the events calendar for max exposure!? Sulio sorry, don't want to hijack thread, you can PM if interested. That would be good mate. I have a mate with a Tasmanian Datsun Club WOMBAT, He is into is Datsun 100A Cherrys now. maybe we could tie in with him. I like my ZEDS but anything Datsun I like.
  6. Hey Mick That sounds good. The only ZED CAR I have on the road at the moment is my Z32, unregistered but who needs that lol. I have been looking at those cusco ones, they look to be a good reasonable option. easy to fit to.
  7. Was the roll cage DYI? That engine would be nice I have a L28ET in one of my cars. Take a look at my garage hopfully I will get some pics up soon.
  8. YEAH... THE ROAD TO WORK HAS VERY SHARP CORNERS, ROUGH ROAD, BUMPS,UP HILLS AND DOWN HILLS. SO PROBABLY GIVE THE SUSPENSION A BETTER WORK OUT THAN MOST SMOOTH RACETRACKS. AND I DRIVE IT LIKE I STOLE IT ALL THE WAY.
  9. I am looking at putting some strut braces in my 260Z I would like to see what setups people already have installed. Be that Custom or Store Bought. Prices and any technical issues with your installs would be great.
  10. I Drive my to work on one of the Targa Tasmania Stages. I know this is not a ZED but I put a strut bar in my Nissan X-Trail. I noticed a difference as soon as I put the Strut bar in. I drove from the workshop at work along a rough gravel road. Noticed that the suspension was working harder already. I did not know the body flexed that much. As for cornering etc. MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I do the 30km stretch to work in my 300ZX in 12.5mins and it takes about 13 to 15mins in my X-Trail depending on traffic.
  11. I can spare my MRS. She is call "EGG" ....Because Chickens Lay Eggs....
  12. You will have to wait for pics. The Z32 is a good cruise car. But nothing like the sitting position of an old school ZED, you don't quite feel as one with the car in the Z32 as you do with the old school. The only decent shape ZEDS to my liking are the 240z, 260z, Z32 an maybe the 350Z all the rest have to many square lines. I only wish they made the 350Z specified like the new Skyline R35?. FFS the ZED CAR is the original sports coupe. The Skyline is a Family Sedan with many merits I might add, but not for me! The 350Z would have looked a lot better with the shape based on the original 240Z like in some of the Concept versions. Instead of basing it on the YANK TANK Z32.
  13. Exuse my ignorance, But how do you get 3.1L in a 'L' series motor? What crank or bore size are we using? I have a Fuel Injected L28ET with P90 head. I am not sure what the block is I will have to check.
  14. WANTED: 280ZX Fuel Pressure Regulator to suit a fuel injected P90 head
