    Thanks Ian.. Its a 1/5 scale RC car which is pretty big.. Either I can get a courier to pickup (if its easy for you to find a nice size box for it!) or when I come to NSW next I can grab it off you.. Its almost a meter long and about 60cm wide..

    That metal pipe is for the crankcase ventilation.. If it comes out easily, I used to make it just out of round with a hammer tap and tap it back in. Put a bit of sealant around it and it should be fine.

    If your zed is crab crawling, its the brackets in the pic below that have to be checked to make sure they are exactly 90'. If either or both are bent, they have to be replaced. Item #5 in pic below.

    From memory that cage is tied into the body in quite a few places..whereas my half cage probably only prevents those cracks appearing where the lead joins are in the rear quarters.

    With the hazard switch, what plug is on the end? the white one with the round pins or smaller rectangular with the blade contacts?
