    Make sure you get one of those scarfs like sulio used to wear ;D ... problem with wearing one of those in a Zed is that rear wheel is really close.

    Are you saying you won it and he sold it to someone else.... if you sell something on ebay thats a legally binding contract.

    If you have a base point check how many units were sold in certain years? Should be able to figure it out. There is info on this forum, hybrid Z and so on.

    This thing is a tyre smoker now, dale did an Excellent doughnut with Rob in the car. It used to be called Yellow Slug but now she needs a new name. I had so much fun rebuilding this motor and learnt even more along the way. Thanks for the feedback Guys.

    Um one guy has bought from this member previously with no probs. Thats a lot of motor for your money, i think it's less than 1/2 price and not including labour. Where the was this two year ago

    Work continues in preperation for paint. Pedal box removed. Fuel filler reworked. And one bit i missed, i test fitted the rear tail light surrounds and just need to tidy up the area around the surround. I would have missed this other wise, on a near perfect body, would have ruined the whole effect. Test fitting is so important for more than one reason.

    So i was installing the cam gear and POP the wooden block came loose and i lost the timing chain tensioner position Grrrrrrr. Oh well it gave me a chance to put the new chain in too. 3 and 1/2 Hours down the gurgeler :-\ Damn Sexy bit of kit but.

    Well i just got some interesting pieces in. Adjustable Cam Gear and Japanese Chain from Stewart Wilkins. Ta very muchly A book on converting a Zed to V8 with pretty pictures. And another Zed book with A LOT more pretty pictures. Nice. Of course i probably should be at work now.

    Look at the way i did Dalee orange Zed or in the How to restore guide. There is more than one technique and the thing is that all of them work. But spend 50 grand on a restoration and then tell the new owner just before he signs the check that you detailed the belly by (insert method) and how would he react?
