Have we got any recommendations re someone that can make these up. I can follow it up now. Gav I remember the last ones I got made up were quite jaggered as I suuplied the sticker guy a jpeg and the pixelation came up. Do you know if it needs to be a vector image or some othe file type? Sulio as this has gone back and forward for ages now I have decided to go with the last one...as I understand it the black is meant to be clear!?? the price I have been quoted via a local Co in Austrlia for clear poly stickers with matt finish is $125 for 125 (36mm x 6mm) stickers. I reckon we could find a better deal than this as it was just the first I came across on the net.

Yep, not British SU's but the early 240z carbs as often used to replace the 260z emmision flat top carbs. Cheers, Sulio

Look forward to seeing it one day, is it/will it be road reged? The only 2 seater 280ZX I've seen in Melbourne was a black one that was for sale in Geelong. At the time I thought it would have been nice to snap it up but the 2nd half would have killed me.

Hi Guys, Almost a year after buying my tripple Dellorto's I have installed them and got em running a treat. So I have now got my round top 240 SU crabs, (EDIT: make that carbs) up for sale. They in good condition, car always started nicley and fuel economy was great. Relaible and easy to tune. Most will know they are an excellent upgrade for the flat top boat anchors that came on the 260Z's. They come with manifold (N32 from memory) and ramflow filters and mesh covers. if you don't at low rpm when not as much fuel is required the carbs will pressurise and pump will push more fuel though to foul plugs. Sulio

do have a return line on the cafrbs? if not you could be fouling plugs

yep everything there inc pipework, condesnsor, evaporator etc just have'nt removed the little radiator bit that sits in the dash. I'm in Melbourne though. Sulio

Well said Craig. We hope to book the Jag Club for a meeting in the last week of July. I will update the calendar once we have confirmation the place is free on the desired night. The Jga Club is an excellent venue for our meeting and we hope to discuss the next cruise. I will have my car ready way before the cruise and will be focusing my efforts on preparing video equipment etc and hope to get some really good stuff on the site. In the mean time if anybody is interested we can always organise smaller day drives but I'll leave those impromptu plans to individuals that night be keen to go for a squirt, it might be as simple as seeing we are going to have a nice day on the weekend and posting info to see if anybody is interested. I hope to go for a squirt around King Lake area in the coming weeks but I won't hijack this thread, I'll post else where if that evebtuates. Sulio

We hope to entice members to contribute with a prize of a Z clock for each useful artical and if possible photo. Please list common technical issues you would like to see on the front page. I have started with a few I can think of. 1. Hilux front caliper upgrade info. 2. Rear disc upgrade. 3. Auto to manual conversion. 4. H4 front light upgrade. 5. Tuning SU carbs. 6.
