lol, yeah, that was me mate  Dale just about has me sold on the L28 swap instead of the turbo L26 I have.. 

 

Not sure if I'm going to bid on it, few things seem out of place, but will give the guy a call tonight.

It did have, cocky little bastard must think because of all the attention he might get a few more dollars over that.

 

Do me a favor guys wait until the last few minutes to put your bids on and leave it at $100 till then, I hate guys that think they are smarter than everyone else and play funny buggers like that.

Oh yeah, I won't be bidding that high on it.. It's not like I need the engine now. I still have to paint the shell and start putting things back in, so I'm happy to wait... But if it does go cheap then I'm happy to buy it now and slowly rebuild it.

 

See what happens when I ring the bloke that actually has the engine. I dunno, something seems a bit off about it.

Ebay has a thing if someone bids first instead of buy it now the buy it now price goes away (new)

Find out when i was going to buy a jardine slip on exhaust for my cbr1000rr for $550 buy it now

while i was thinking about it lest than 10 Min's someone placed a bid and that buy it now price disappeared .To my luck i won the auction with a $385 bid so it worked out good for me.

If its a bargin buy it now and don't wait, the price could go over the original buy it now price

Just to let you guys know. I suspect there's something suss about this auction.

 

I have asked the seller to e-mail me a few pics of the engine. Each time he replies with a new excuse "Oh, I deleted your email address, can you send again" and then on the next try I got a message saying "hi,thanx i sent them i hope u got the 3 pics ,let me no ok"... But no pictures were sent to my e-mail address, have triple checked and there were no typo's in the e-mail address I sent him.

 

I'm not bidding on the engine, if there's this much fuss over sending a couple more pics and answering questions then something's wrong. Just thought I would warn anyone here who may be bidding.
