Administrators gav240z Posted August 1, 2016 Administrators Posted August 1, 2016 His website has been around for years, never bought anything off him from memory however. As mentioned post the correspondence if you can. Quote
PeterAllen Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 From my experience many years ago there is a strong indication of both crack and pot! Quote
Zedstar Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Like a lot of Yanks he is pretty xenophobic dealing outside USA. Loves the rambling emails but never gets around to actioning things. Quote
aircobra Posted August 5, 2016 Author Posted August 5, 2016 To avoid loss of time & income I have a 4 reply limit related to any specific parts inquiry. This is now my 4th reply to you, 3 of which have been wasted on just trying to extract from you your car's production date needed to research, find & quote you prices for the parts you have inquired about. It now time for you to decide what you wish to purchase or not at prices quoted. To purchase you need to send me a business like email listing the specific parts & quotes sent to you Quote
Patch Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 As a business owner I share his frustrations dealing with people who have no idea what they want, We run a Embroidery business, I have lost count of how many times people have asked for a quote on some embroidery with out sending me a picture of what they want, so I normally ask them how long to do you think it will take to sew, 10mins or 4 hours, how long to you think it will take me to set up and digitize, 10min or 4 hours, if you can't tell me, how am I meant to quote you with out seeing what you want, After sending 4 emails I would piss you off as well, sometimes you can make more money not dealing with some people. A guy on FB the other night wanted to know how much is a 300z worth.it took 4 reply's and all I got from him was a z32 2seater, still none of the main stuff you need to know.so I cut of,f not worth the time and frustration. gav240z 1 Quote

aircobra Posted August 6, 2016 Author Posted August 6, 2016 oh yeah. i ll put thru the cash tonite Quote
aircobra Posted August 6, 2016 Author Posted August 6, 2016 it was a simple ask for a speaker bracket no such problems with zcardepot or msa and the competition for parts business for Zs is warming up (which is great). That means given the prices are the same, the supplier with the best service wins. Even it takes 40 emails Quote
Moderators PB260Z Posted August 7, 2016 Moderators Posted August 7, 2016 Wait till you go see Warren Potter, in Sydney,,,,,, You reckon old mate in the. USA is fun! Try that on Wazza! Hey, btw, i sent you reply on the grille slats and slitted bits, why you not reply to me?? I have found Warren to be fine, but he does get some very strange enquires and he loves talking about them. Usually customers who can't explain what they need, want instructions on how fit or fix things pr just wanting stuff for free.I can't recall ever getting put of there in less 30mins. Quote
