Riceburner Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 I'd like to take the 4.3 diff Richard. I'll PM you and see if we can work something out. Quote
Riceburner Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Oh and if the steering wheel is the woodgrain type I'll take that too Quote
84ker Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Pm'd about dash, indicator switches and steering wheel. Quote
260DET Posted September 6, 2014 Author Posted September 6, 2014 Thanks for the enquiries blokes, as already indicated preference will be given to those who pick up. They also get the chance to have a look and be satisfied with their buys. Quote
theremm Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Pm sent RE diffs, centre console, wiper motor etc Quote
wildy55 Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Registering interest in the centre console. Can pick up. Cheers Quote
260DET Posted September 6, 2014 Author Posted September 6, 2014 Pictures of the dash and the centre console, I hope. The top of the dash which can't be seen has six cracks. The centre console is not cracked but the two back attachment holes are larger than standard. Screw heads have pulled through? Quote
260DET Posted September 11, 2014 Author Posted September 11, 2014 OP list updated, note that the steering wheel is a good one, 'wooden' rim is in great condition. Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted September 11, 2014 Administrators Posted September 11, 2014 I'd actually be interested in that dash if I had a cheap way of getting it to Sydney or Melbourne. Otherwise any idea what it would cost to freight? I think it would be expensive as they are pretty heavy. Quote
dat2kman Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 Gav, I just come from det's place with the diff for Gareth. James flett is here on Sat, he could bring it back, you'd need to talk to him about sticking it in his ute for you. Quote
260DET Posted September 11, 2014 Author Posted September 11, 2014 It's yours for free Gav if you can arrange a pick up. My donation to this site. Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted September 12, 2014 Administrators Posted September 12, 2014 It's yours for free Gav if you can arrange a pick up. My donation to this site. Mate I appreciate that I'm just trying to work out how to get it to Jason's place so potentially James can bring it back with him in the Ute. It would make a good experimental piece for dashboard restoration and I'll be sure to document my method so others can also follow - should they choose to give it a go. Much like what I did with the Center Console and Steering Wheel resurrection threads. Quote
260DET Posted September 12, 2014 Author Posted September 12, 2014 Get Jason to pick it up, ten minutes away. Quote
dat2kman Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 I'm carless atm, i'll see if zed74 ( richie gragra) could collect it from 260det. Quote
260DET Posted September 12, 2014 Author Posted September 12, 2014 Sounds like a plan, I'll cooperate. Quote
