  1. :-\ :'( words are inadequate! My only comment though is..... Karma is a "bitch" & she has a righteous cause to create havoc on these heartless thief's!
  2. Oh Sorry to hear that Mate :'( Will chat soon - know of a couple of cars may that may be of interest to you?? :-\
  3. I think this is WHY the USA is "technically insolvent"!!
  4. Hi Ben, Do they also have the lower lip spoiler (c/w brake ducts) available as well?
  5. Hi Guys, Sorry to send the tread down this path - but I considered "something" had to be said.
  6. I don't consider your eBay classified ad to be "offers over $500" it does not STATE that at all - suggest you re-list or is it purely a "fishing expedition"?
  7. fair call! Did not know they were "that well tested"
  8. Hi Just there construction is not as rigid as other designs. They have attempted to use some "gussets" - but my opinion is they could be better designed to be stronger with less potential to "flex" Cross bracing of the A arm is the key to them being "rigid" and mimimising "flex" If you have followed the development of AZC (Arizona Z Cars) rear A Arms you will note he has "developed" them considerably to address this issue. Please note this is only "my opinion"
  9. Hi Not keen on technotoys rear A arms - BUT the front lower control arms & caster rods are great! Several guys up here run them and they are very happy (well price too!)
  10. Hi I should note the green 240z is running adjustable height coilovers with the smaller diameter king springs. Standard struts/springs do create clearance issues for bigger wheels etc.
  11. Second post with performance 15x8 wheels -4 offset
  12. Hi Stivva, See attached photo of 240z with flares - extra wheel width is a matter of personal preference, but if you run the car mainly on the street be carefull as the car will "tramline" with wider wheels. My car is track only & the bigger "blue" jongbloed wheels are 16x10 rears & 16x9 fronts with 0 offset. I will attached other photos of other wheels (in separate post) performance 15x8 -4 offset. Regards
  13. Thanks Matt handy info new motor still very much a "work in progress" be interested to see how the numbers go on Roberto's new engine
  14. Hi thanks peter mc26 makes sense & I will make sure the breakin oil gets changed quickly in my next motor! Regards
  15. hi Peter mc26 have you considered using Joe Gibbs breakin oil when you bring your creations to life? Have heard good things ( due to it's high zinc content)regarding it's compatibilty with new cams etc also can leave in for 3 or 4 events before reverting to normal oil (eg penrite hpr30 or similiar)
  16. Hi Jason, Legal cannonball run in Germany - but remember they have wildlife their as well! Hitting a rabbit at 190kph is not a pretty sight! Did you run the long original circuit at the Nur?
  17. Hi Most of the competition guys (about 12 of us) use Steve at Diff & Gearbox Repairs Ph. 07 3356 8397

Enjoy! don't forget the winter woollie's I just love a Canberra winter! Based on personal experience while a resident for 2 1/2 years (1986-1988) you may even see snow again
  21. Oh yea - 4th gear (with 4.4 diff) I just pretended my shift light was broken! The poor "old girl" was on the shift light (6500rpm) before the "dunlop bridge" and I tried to press on :'( without hurting her too much. Thanks Richard - the old tarmac car was double entered on the day & I am gratefull it is a "low stress" motor - otherwise I could not punish it the way I do!
