  1. I’ll have a squiz through the shed Mate, I won’t have the nuts or washers though. PB, they have a D shaped bolt head to engage with a flat in the half shaft flange and the nuts are slimmer than the normal 14mm across the flats type nuts. Cheers.
  2. I got the inner half shaft bolts from Stew Wilkins a couple years ago. Not sure if the outlets are the same or if he has bolts and washers too. I know I’ve got some lying around but I can’t think for the life of me where they are at the moment. I’ll have a quick look but my shed is messier than the morning after a phall curry.
  3. Is there more to the story Stephen? Do you want to sell the car or are you looking for some form of assistance with the legal action?
  4. Lurch, read the post again, it can’t be sold, you will have to take it off his hands out of your own generosity.
  5. Hi Groundhog Why do you say the steering won’t work with springs that are not bound? Whilst I’m also not a fan of the springs not being bound, I have not had any problems. I guess I have not had my car airborne though ?
  6. Hi Kuba The good man PeterAllen of this forum is the true owner of these springs and is happy to pass them on to you for just a donation to the site of whatever you think they are worth. Let me know how is best to get them to you. I think you were also keen to try my 16” wheels? I’m pretty close to Cronulla.
  7. Yep I have a pair of KDFL-04’s. They are a little beaten up but they still have their original tag, I don’t think they have ever been used.
  8. Gday, I’m pretty sure I have some KDFL04’s about. I’ll have to have a squiz about the shed over the weekend but drop a pm to remind me. Mick
  9. Here’s the thread Gav. It seems Sean and his Mate are quite confident it’s the correct tyre, for their market at least. Not sure if pics are still associated with the thread but at least you have some people to contact if not. http://www.viczcar.com/forum/topic/16526-need-your-help-please-to-buy-and-ship-a-tyre/?fromsearch=1
  10. Wasnt there a thread a while back about a fella that wanted an original tyre shipped from Aus to him in Europe / UK? I thought you were going to help him have it shipped Gav? The tyre was advertised on eBay or gumtree. I assume that was the tyre type that was the OEM fitment.
  11. I’m not sure B is for Build videos can be placed in the “Cool z videos” thread, it’s kind of frustrating to watch. He has tenacity but seems to have no idea.

Do it period, hack the door trims. Mine were placed in the door trims before I owned the car but I disconnected them, as the cable traversed under the dash behind the kick panels and then tucked in behind the door trim. I thought it looked too rough sneaky ng in the door trim like that so I removed the wiring and put some 6x9” boxes in the back. Ive always planned on putting rubber cable conduits in the door hinge area to neaten it up and reinstate the front speakers but..... Just another job I haven’t got around to.
  13. Hi datmoo Welcome to the forum. I like your concept of a 432 tribute with triples an rb25/30 Also like your 1600 it looks very clean and I’m sure we would all appreciate some more pics of it. I’ve also got a 1600 in a slow build beside my 240z but missing a hako to fill the stable. ? hopefully I’ll get one 1 day. Good luck with finding the parts you need and the build. Looking forward to following your progress Mick
  14. Dave, you’ve probably got a couple red backs round your gas bottle too. That’s where they like to be at my place. I can imagine your wife’s reaction with engine oil smoke in the kitchen. ? Probably wouldn’t have been funny at the time though. We did a kitchen Reno a few years back so I put our old oven in the shed. Its not quite as big as a but bbq keeps me out of trouble.
  15. I’m in once I get my car ready. Id prefer a Sunday as Saturday’s are ruled by kids sport at the moment.
  16. Nice finish Dave. Is the “Great Valve Guide Installation” incident a story you can tell us about or taboo? ?
  17. Haha VS Sassoon Cup - that’s a great name for the MX5 race series.
  18. Would you say the same for the Bathurst 12 hour or other GT events running multiple classes? I think it’s the responsibility of the slower car to be aware and out of the way. Poor form from the hairdresser IMO.
  19. I’m out too. I’ve got ground control for kids soccer and, my car is still out of action anyways. See you on the next one. Mick
  20. I got a zx radiator lying about in a pile of zx dung that you’re welcome to. Not sure if the dimensions are appropriate or not though. Can post some pics and dims. if it helps. Mick
  21. You could try a vacuum bleeder, I have heard good things from them when bleeding a new master.
  22. Pop my 3 kids in there for 2 weeks and you’d have a different opinion. ?
  23. No problem at all. If I make it to PB bbq, ? I’ll bring them along.
