    Haven't mounted both of them on the car yet for a test run, only bench test individually, hopefully this weekend I'll fit them.

    And now painted and reassembled.. I'll probably get the screws / nuts replated as some stage but for now just clear coated. I paid US$5 for these buy it now on ebay! Freight was a bit expensive probably US$35.. Bit of a gamble but has paid off.

    And here is a couple of pics. I've cleaned the points gap with emery and the centre cylinder that sits inside the coil, and the base inside the coil. Hooked up a steady 5 amp power supply and adjusted the adjustment screw on the back to get everything moving again

    Hah! Just got the first one working! Hot tip.... Use a good power source, not a couple of wires held to a car battery!

    Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has repaired a 240z horn before? I have a pair that appeared dead.. I have cleaned up some contacts inside one and now getting some good solid clunky movement but not the oscillating vibration that will produce the sound. I have run out of time today to keep going but wondering if anyone has been here before and has any tips? Thanks

    Aah crap, just had a better look.. It's actually a sealed beam koito halogen... Halogen written below (or above) koito so it's not right for S30..

    I'm could be wrong but I thought I read some where that if you disassemble the latching mechanism and reverse a certain part it will work in opposite direction

    I bought one of the Rh repros the other day, the quality looks pretty good. Only thing if picky is the genuine item has a chamfer on glass.. The reproduction doesn't but still looks good. Just hoping it doesn't rust like some of the cheap mirrors you see around

    Do I spy a Weber carburettor?? I have heard these could be supplied through Nissan competition but could never confirm online with a parts catalogue or even better with part numbers... Was this the case?
