  1. With the chin spoiler setup I currently have on I was having some high speed issues. Was on the Main straight just past pit exit where the track falls down hill a little, every lap as I hit this drop the front of the Ricey would violently shake its head for a second or two (like the moto gp bikes do) never did it with the large air dam and was a little scary at 145mph!
  2. This is an awesome build Peter! Just wondering what your going to use for induction? It would be cool to see a dirty big set of 50mm carbs or even some flat slides
  3. Thanks gents, I got them on yahoo japan. I agree Gav, it would be too much white. The factory two tone should work pretty good and break up the longer front end a bit. I won't be fitting flares just yet, I don't think my wheels will be big enough to fill them out, 16x8 and 225 tyres are not quite big enough are they?
  4. Just found out I got a set of NOS ZG headlight covers! I'm stoked and think they will really complete the look of the G-Nose when I get around to doing it ;D
  5. I'm aiming for exactly that, I want it to look shmick but, I also want something to drive real hard otherwise I'll loose appreciation for it and it's not as fun. No trailer queen. If I break it most things can be fixed.... I hope! lol. I actually have located a set of NOS G-Nose headlight covers too, I don't think they look quite right without them. Hopefully I'll have more on these soon..... Ideally It'll look something like this pic but no flares at this stage and possibly a chin spoiler on the lower section of g-nose.
  6. Dimitri, he has finished the top parts but I didn't see any lower sections apart from the original siver one that was for sale.
  7. Happy birthday to one of the most helpful guys on here. Are you racing at the island?
  8. Happy Birthday mate, best wishes
  9. Well, it's time for another front end change............ Some would call it a nose to rival Gerard Depardieu I got a few spare bits from Freddie at Top Stage, but I also have a 5 piece kit in pretty good condition. The changeover could take a while though as I want it to be a pretty neat fit. I'd love it to look like the print I recently ordered! Also picked up a new coil as my old one had started to leak a bit of oil from the lead connection. It's the latest from MSD and the most powerful I can run on the MSD6AL-2. It's huge at 10cmx10cmx10. It might also come in handy if anyone needs a defibrillator, just need to make up some paddles
  10. Great work guys. This club is fantastic for any zed related expertise and all the great people here make those big jobs a little less daunting!
  11. Welcome, That is one nice paint job! In keeping with Simons thinking...... It's very 'Goldmember' Muhahahahaha Muhahahahaha
  12. Sounds like a heap of work, was the plastic chroming expensive? Also can you explain the electrical work a bit more, the park light upgrade and the extra earth wire in the rear harness? Thanks, Gareth.
