  1. Curves, me thinks you are referring to the curves in the fourth pic.
  2. Don't be silly, the first start up will blow all the crap out the exhaust.
  3. Zac didn't have a navigator so he didn't want to get lost. Couldn't even find his way out of the carpark without hitting the pole.
  4. And More. :
  5. And more.
  6. Some more.
  7. All I can say is what a great day. Lots of cars, windy twisty roads, spectacular views, top food and the "MO"came off. Thanks for the donations. Some pics I took but Shaun has promised to have his pics up tonight which will be more numerous than mine as he is our resident paparazzi.
  8. Well as promised, the mo has come off at the Christmas run and many thanks to the people who paid $63.00 To watch the "MO" come off. THANKS FOR THE DONATION QLD MEMBERS. ;) And a special thanks to Shaun for his comment. "You don't look a day over 70 now Pete"
  9. Not sure about what window seals you want. I buggered the rear hatch seal using their supa glue so went to clarks rubber and they had the same profile so I just bought a lenght from them. Kit did not come with glass seals but on mine the door seal goes all the way around the door opening and the rear 1/4 window in one piece. Included front and rear windscreen seals. Hope this helps.
  10. I have to ask. Why aren't yours working if you are driving the car around?
  11. Do what I do Alan. turn the 2/40 air con on.
  12. No wucking forries mate. See you at 9.00am
  13. Ditto.
  14. Just turn up anyway , all are welcome even if you are not driving a Z. You can come in a taxi if you wish. Some do. {Dunny doors} You just gotta love Z'S.
  15. See you all tomorrow at UBD ref 109 H14 Caltex Carseldine at 9.00am. Will be there earlier so cheese and kisses can have her coffee fix before we set off.
  16. If you want any help just shout. I am not that far from you at Loganholme and have a good knowledge of how these old girls work and where to get parts etc. Help is just a mouse click away, that is why we are on this great forum.
  17. Got mine from Rare Spares. quite happy with it but had a few bits left over that I couldn't find a home for. Only thing, don't use the super glue. The trimmer that did my interior gave me a tin of pro rubber glue which was so much easier to use.
  18. Hi, I have got one of those mounts in the bus as the old strap was a bit like yours. Just make sure you tighten the top nut before trimming the rubber block. I cut mine first and when I tightened the lock nut the block compressed and was left a bit short. Fixed it by inserting a small piece of rubber between the diff housing and the block.
  19. No ones getting my bus untill I die. Just think about it, if there are two helgas on the side of the road wanting a lift, how are you going to fit both of them in a 2 seater.
  20. Just go to Auto Bahn they have them. Got all mine from them. Good idea to run a tap into the head to clean up threads as well and blow out with air before fitting new studs.
  21. I would like to help but unless I know the FULL story and the people you dealt with it is pointless to make a comment. I had issues with my engine builder but he fixed it all up given the time frame when rebuilding an old car.
  22. Gd da mate, dont speak that lingo but good on ya. Hey gotta get another frostie out of the ice box if I can get past the missus.
  23. Not the first time. Benny wanted to exchange his 240 for a 2+2 some time back.
  24. It would seem that Vic boys may collect some cash at their BBQ for the Movember team so as I am committed to Shave mine off I will bring the necessary equipment to do so on Sunday. Save a couple of gold coins to donate to the cause.
