    About Otomoto

Hello, thanks for reading. As many forum members will already know, Otomoto is a performance parts shop in Sydney. I own the shop and have owned four 240Zs, including this one: http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php/topic,2043.0.html At Otomoto we stock a variety of parts that should interest Zed owners, such as Rota wheels and HSD coilover sleeve kits. We also distribute OS Giken clutches and carbon/FRP parts from Restored in Japan. If you need parts from OER or Kameari we can get those too. If you want something specific send BenZed a PM or call (02) 8677 4890. Our new shop is at 13 Bourke Street, North Parramatta so feel free to drop in if you're in Sydney. Ben
  2. Available from www.motorsportfibreglass.com.au
  3. Yes, there is a workshop next door that will do the job. Call Luis on 0404 081 116
  4. Read the build page for my car, fourth page about halfway down I talk about the weight of the panels http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php/topic,2043.45.html
  5. No worries. Hope they work out well for you.
  6. They would be the same price, but I'll only make these if enough people want them. Anyone who is serious about purchasing please PM me. If ten or more people contact me I'll have them made.
  7. I've looked into 55mm sleeves. Unfortunately they aren't possible with 65mm ID springs, we would have to go to 70mm ID, which starts to take away one of the advantages of a coilover setup (thinner spring OD).
  8. if enough people are interested in the 55mm I can get a short run made of these too.
  9. I have a PWR alloy radiator in my car, seems to work well and probably cheaper than buying from the US right now. The mounting tabs are a bit sharp and they sent me the wrong cap for it, but we got there in the end
  10. Yes I have one set in stock, $300
  11. Good idea, will do
  12. Koni yellows would be suitable, if they are still available. Sorry I can't supply these but you're welcome to be one of the first to try the sleeves out.
  13. The twin idler gear kit (supposedly good for 13000rpm) is $656, while the normal upgraded tensioner is $170. Freight for either one would be around $50 for EMS from Japan.
  14. Thanks to everyone who took me up on this special offer. I'm out of 16x7 and low on 17x8.5, but lots of the others in stock.
  15. Probably none, but it looks better
  16. Sorry, only red. Other springs come in steps of 1kg/mm. 6kg = 336lb, 7kg = 392lb. I would suggest 6kg front and 5kg rear for club racers. You can order different spring rates at no extra cost. Additional springs are $100 a pair.
  17. Yes, lots of them
  18. Not yet, but I'll see what they can do
  19. Yes I will do two sets for $500.
  20. Bought it for a friend but he didn't need it... hung on to it for a year in case I needed it... still don't need it
  21. Yes I'm going to fit these to my car, but we may still make a complete kit.
  22. New product I just got in, unlike most weld-on coilover sleeve kits on the market these come with springs AND tender springs AND spanners. Everything you see in the pic is one set, which is $299. The 51mm sleeves to suit 240Zs (front or back) come with a choice of 4kg or 5kg springs (224lb or 280lb). I can also supply other rates if needed. The top spring locator has a small 8mm hole so it can be drilled out to suit your struts. Other than that you should just need a few washers to make everything sit right. PM me if you want a set. Cheers
  23. Nice inlet manifold, bought it in Japan but don't need it now http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300299458130
  24. Sorry, it's in a different workshop right now
