    Hey guys we actually did a bit of a write up on this where you can replace the switch with a toggle one from Dick Smith. I did this mod 12 years ago and it still works perfectly. I'll try and dig up the thread.

    Try this. 1. Set the timing mark to Top Dead Centre. 2. Remove the ditributor. 3. Take a photo of the distributor drive and upload here (look in additional options to do this when posting) If the position of that drive is not 11:25 (you'll get what i mean if you read the part on setting the dizzy drive) then you'll never get your timing right and the oil pump will have to be removed to reset it.     I think that Ram Tubes would be specific to engine design, exhaust, head mods, compression. I bolted mine on cause i loved the look since i was a pimple faced teenager. Now i've got the ram tubes and the pimples . . . they show up in the oddest of places

    There's a wire that feeds into the main body of the starter that gets hot just before your starter gives way, it's probably the cover on that wire that has burnt off.

    Oh well, the RB Heads and one celica auto transmission have gone to The Recycler to be made into energy drink cans. They are 13.8 Kgs bare and the lot netted me $53. I have a lot of valves, springs and collets left over.

    I've got one speedo two tacos (hehe) a volt / fuel gauge and i can't seem to locate the temp / oil gauge yet. The tacos (ha) don't work properly either one is sticky and one gives an incorrect reading sometimes.

    Hey guys i picked up 3 RB30 heads two are condition unknown one came off a running car. I f anyone wants one you can have it for scrap price (about $30) I can store them away and post if needed but let me know by 1:30 tomorrow otherwise they all go for scrap. 0four529eight4one1
