  4. evan, doing my double degree and basically running a bar at night, i have no time to do the extra work needed to get a car from rolling shell to on the road car... so i opted out and bought sulios, but as you know i still need to sell the other car to get room in the garage.. but yer, big plans for this new 240z anyway, which you'll see in the next coming weeks, think 16s with semi, then think 2.9tr injected, then think of me having fun in the hills and a few track days
  5. and where are the photos drinks boy i was sitting in front of my laptop all day studying and completeing the 4 assignments i have this week, once i finish them work on the new Z and selling the old Z will start hopefully
  6. also, when buying filler, price is very important, what is at super cheap is supercheap... k&H is a expensive but a fantastic product that reputable auto shops have, also as some other brands but i forget the names

  19. Hey I need basically the whole cars suspension redone, bushes id like to start with, all buy a few are either cracked, or about to crack under some pressure... I want to go urathane, and i know you can get some adjustability out of these in some areas of the car.... Energy Supension sell a kit for the 240, which is 180US, ive gone though most of the parts catalogs for australian brand urathne bushes and havn't been able to find a kit for the whole car, so can anyone help me out??? what have you done, or what are you thinking of doing... strut wise, if it matters, will be shortend struts with coil over sleeves... if that makes a differance... but i need to get the bushes for a RW anyway
  20. hey photos do wonders... matters how much rust, but sounds like a pretty decent buy to me, was it 2600 with rwc or not, what motor is it running, what carbs, again pictures do wonders... congradulations on the purcharse, and who cares what you paid for it, you have a Z now, thats all that matters...
  21. hey i will be upgrading my headlights tommorrow, one sealed beam is out, and can't be botherd fixing that, so i want new everything up the front to be able to see, and doing a double relay upgrade... wiring diagram here, stole it from Dave, on classic Z cars, http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20016&highlight=headlight+harness
  22. welcome back to the westside, hope u and nicole are happy with the purcharse, and save some money to play with the Z over the next few months rather than all of it going on the house..
  23. yer thats the combo that i want, helps with the rear guards already rolled..... hehe... i might give it a try, but still got cash laying around after the car purcharse, will be another month till i get the wheels, im extra motivated to go to get cash these days with the new car....
