Topstage Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 hi guys, we've been busy and wanting to provide nice parts for the zed community. 240z/260z replacement bonnet i will offer 3 level of production on this product. Fiberglass, Carbon Street and Carbon Motorsport the difference is THe street level we will use Structural woven fabric instead of carbon. Motorsport we use full carbon and on both we use fiberglass ribs with aluminum bracket reinforcement on bolt mounting. Console is basically a replacement we supply the ashtray lid uncut, if you want it operational simple bracket has to be fabricated wich is really easy to do. anything else will clip on, like the gearstick boot. Riceburner Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Looks good freddy, the car keeps looking better Is the bonnet pictured on your car the full carbon or the woven fabric type? Retro Z Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 I've got several items for my 240z from Freddy..and all fit like a glove. Don't waste your money on other inferior products or USA items. support locally made products as we Z enthusiasts need all the support we can get. Recently just bought front guards from another company and very dissapointed so going to get Freddy to re-make me a pair. Also trying to convince him to make full doors and hatch aswell..all depending on demand. Quote
lightmaster240z Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Freddy do you have any photo of the centre dash you are making? will it suit a 73 or is the earler type ? If it suit a 73 I will take one from you at the BBQ. regrads bruce Quote

Tai, all good mate. your bonnet is ready !!! seriously.... LOL. DEFINATELY I'LL MAKE THE HATCH. Bruce, the console is redesigned from 1973 model car as i own a 1973 240 joiji, dont 240z console fits 260z? Gareth, the bonnet on my car is a test laminate. it is full carbon, thats why the weigh is 5.8kg! the standard layup will weigh around 6.5kg give and take depanding on atmospheric pressure. this comin week Kaminari resurected....
