I so live in the wrong state.  A block that size anywhere in the ACT would fetch close to 300k and i mean anywhere in the ACT.  Excellent buy mate.

Same here in Auckland land is very $$ and finding that much land anywhere near a sealed road like that....well good luck with that - if you do find a block that big on a sealed road in Auckland I would think it would be around 400K and our average wage is way way less then Tassie too :( why oh why did the wife want to come back to NZ.

'Tis why he has so much space and money - none wasted on buying and storing clothes!

I suspect 'the chicken' just might be single - this is why he has the time and money to enjoy his life!!

I'm not bitter!!!!!

Especially if someone sees you drive the zed in there... I don't recommend paying for back to base. If you can, just rig it ring you. I just left the security industry and there are more dodgy security guards than you can poke a stick at, not to mention they don't give a crap about you or your belongings, you are an inconvenience in their patrol run and an added work load.. I used to do it, i was one of the few who gave a crap.  If they attend once even for a false alarm, you are at more risk than before lol, it sucks.

Anyways, they will get in if they want to, just make it so the place gets attention if the alarm goes off and very obvious there is an alarm installed to deter, hopefully they will go for a neighbour instead.  Also, as above, make sure its hard to steal large amounts of stuff.  If the alarm is screaming, they will only want to be there a couple of minutes, so if its hard for them to pick tools up to throw in their bag, they will have to break open stuff which takes up time, the screamer alarm will make their adrenalin pump (not to mention ears hurt) and they will bail quickly taking minimal stuff, preferably not your zed.  So make that extremely hard to steal...  GET CONTENTS INSURANCE lol.  It will make B&Es not so bad when you can replace your old tools for new ones  :).  Don't be complacent and do be very vigilant.  If you do attend your alarm yourself and you are confident someone is still there, don't be a hero, call the cops, these cunts are usually drug addicts and wont want to go to gaol which makes you a target if your in their way, desperate people do desperate things...  Seen it.. Not worth it.

\End security rant  :)

On the security alarm, I will just install one to reduce my insurance. Rosebery is a town of 1600 people currently, everyone knows everyone (plus they are related lol). and the lock is basically bombproof.

Just recently single, but that would not stop me buying the shed.

But Mankini's are cheap when bought in bulk on ebay.

RB26DETT How much did the Molnar hoist cost you?

NZedder you will have to get a job in the mines, only work half the year, 5 days on, 5 days off, and good pay. Even in NZ it is decent money.

Mayhem thanks for the help with the lights, when I popped through in my mankini
