Had a great time even though I wasn't driving. It did give me the opportunity to take some photos though. I went to great effort to take some of these photos before I realised the camera was not on the ideal setting so the effect I was looking for was lost. Next time...

Great to meet the new faces and hope to do it again real soon.

looks like you had a blast.  ;D

George, I cant help wondering that we need a day trip/bbq , approx halfway between Sydney & Canberra, also so that the wollongong guys can attend..

perhaps around the Moss Vale / Marulan area ??

Sounds like a great idea. Now that the weather is getting warmer us Sydney people can safely head down south without fear of whining of the cold. :P

How does first weekend of September sound?

How about this?...  http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=coogee&daddr=Illawarra+Hwy+to:Pearsons+Ln+to:berry+to:-34.564818,150.588913+to:coogee&hl=en&geocode=%3BFUaF8P0dQAf7CA%3BFbXy7_0dORr5CA%3B%3B%3B&gl=au&mra=dpe&mrcr=1&mrsp=4&sz=11&via=1,2,4&vps=17&jsv=170f&sll=-34.616257,150.788727&sspn=0.421558,0.890579&num=10

Hope the link works, if not, it is my favourite drive but it is a full day from Sydney... Get down to Macquarie Pass - the best mountain road in new south wales, through kangaroo valley to berry for lunch at the bakery and then back via jamberoo mountain road and home via Mittagong.
