zzzzed Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 are you going to put some mesh in the front bar to hide all the uglys behind it ? Quote
luvemfast Posted November 29, 2009 Author Posted November 29, 2009 are you going to put some mesh in the front bar to hide all the uglys behind it ? Hadn't really thought about it, but now that you mention it....... Got to make up some shroud anyway to direct the air through the radiator. Quote
hunterzed Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I can atest to that front air dam working. I'm always pulling leaves out of the mesh in mine. lol. I'm still in the process of boxing it in as well. Just holding off till I decide on whether I'm going turbo or not. Quote
MaygZ Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Looks good. Just as a side, what brand/model of tyres are you running? Quote

S30Mike Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Wow, that looks REALLY good. Love the job you have done with the rear, car looks super clean. If done right, S130s can look pretty fantastic such as shown here. Quote

dave_hl Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 That seemless welded rear looks really good. Definitely the way to go if you're respraying the car anyway. I finally finished my new rear bumper. More or less happy with it apart from the crappy paint matching job! It's a foam mold i made and then glassed with 3 bolts mounting it across the back and the side little bits liquid nails'd. Ended up using a bit more bog then i would have liked but o well. I had to angle grind off a little bit of the rear panel which stuck out too far, otherwise not too much modification to the car was necessary once the stock bumper was removed. It seems my car is pretty much the red 2+2 version of that black one, both have shaved rear bumpers and same front air dam. I do have a little bit of two seater envy however... Quote
620Z Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 Here's the smooth look on a Zed rear end. I moulded a fibreglass rear bumper to the body trying to hold the traditional shape, then smoothed over some holes and filled in the rear light surrounds to get rid of the silver bits that harbor the grime. Six_Shooter Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 I'm not a fan of the S130, but that defiantly helps. Quote
dave_hl Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 Yeah my next zed purchase will definitely be an s30 but nevertheless i'm still enjoying the ownership of an s130 Quote
luvemfast Posted July 31, 2010 Author Posted July 31, 2010 I'm not a fan of the S130, but that defiantly helps. I wasn't a fan either, at first. But have grown to love it, kind of like an arranged marraige I suppose. Quote
