Scoota's Triple 45 Dellortos

Yep it's not a typo i just got these in, Triple 45MM Dellortos. Santa has been good to me.

They have polished and chromed tops and alloy trumpets, also got (another) reground cam. This setup was previously on an L28.

Just when i have the 40's running so sweet too, lol, you guys are such a bad influence on me.

I doubt the 45's will give much of a power increase over the 40's, Scoot...

I dunno has anyone gave the 45Mm Dellortos a shot? But in the larger plan they should work out well and maybe some more induction noise.

And my collection increased again with a matching set of 40MM Dellorto G's off Ebay for $200

Scoota, what where the jet settings of the 40's so I can do them both in one go.

The 40'S had a very similar setup except the emulsion tubes were 7772.8  and the chokes were 32.

I know this is an old thread but i had to say i think that rb30 rocker cover idea for the plenium on the side drafts is awesome. you could have welded up the oil filler hole but other than that i think its cool

I think i should take a mould of it and then modify the top so there's no bumps and close off the cap then do it in fibreglass.

just outa curiosity, is that a Kameari manifold your running ? Ive got a FET manifold (in my shed) and Im itching to see some pics of webers hooked upto one .

I thought there may have been some pics someone on the forum, but I swear 80% of zedders on this site who are running tripples have got dellortos & not webers and most are hooked upto either Lynx or redline manifolds..

I was admiring your linkage setup, geez its tidy.

I always did favour the dellortos..
