Bonkers Posted September 12, 2018 Posted September 12, 2018 This coming Saturday will see the NAPA store in Moss St, Slacks Creek, Brisbane have one of their pop up car shows and this time around it will be the turn of the Nissan - Datuns Zed series cars. The Zed Car Club of Queensland will do their best to field a full complement of all models in the series and with a few motorsport Zeds as well . This means a few AUSZCAR people will also be on hand during the day. We will be there from 7.00am to around 1.00pm. The local Lion's Club will also put on a snag or two as well RAP260, 24 Dat and Yamahacam 3 Quote
RAP260 Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 Damn... Sounds good. If I wasn't heading out of state next weekend, I'd be down in a heart beat to have a look. Too much to do at home Quote
Post-Ironic Posted September 14, 2018 Posted September 14, 2018 Might come by before work and check this out, looks interesting Quote
peter t Posted September 15, 2018 Posted September 15, 2018 See if I can get these pics of the day up. ZCCQ pop up show at NAPA Logan City. 24 Dat and RAP260 2 Quote
Bonkers Posted September 15, 2018 Author Posted September 15, 2018 Turn's out it was also the ZCCQ birthday yesterday with the club starting it's 35th year . We also had a visit from a few Targa Barrier Reef cars and even Ross Dunkerton and Alan Stean joined us on the day. Plenty of S30's AND 130's on display . Unfortunately the 432 could make it on the day . There were more ex-presidents than the States has at the moment wandering around in the crowd. gav240z, RAP260 and 24 Dat 3 Quote
24 Dat Posted September 16, 2018 Posted September 16, 2018 Great turn out and a top morning, great to meet a few guys from this forum. The black 280ZX had less than 25000 kms on it, a museum quality car. gav240z and RAP260 2 Quote

That's awesome. Yeah I think in VIC we own our personalised plates for life, but cannot use them on Club/Historic Reg, which sucks. But hey, on a random unrelated side note, at least we legally raise our 4wds 3inches (https://www.aaaa.com.au/news/queensland-4wd-vehicle-modification-laws-disarray/) Quote
