zeds4ever Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 The guy I bought them from claimed they would be 25mm. Dat2Kman should know. Regards: Alan. Quote

dat2kman Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 The 240 K hubs are 10 mm wider, per side, ie total track increase of 20mm The hubs from the 2door 240K, only ( not four door) year mdel 1975-1978 these are 270mm diam at 48 high, hub hole at 73mm DB315 is the rotor Four doors ran a 253 diam rotor at either 40 or 48 mm high The 240z rotor DB324 at 52 high, hub hole 91m The 260z rotor DB325 at 43.5 high hub hole at 81mm The caliper ears on the struts of 240K are set back inboard compared to 240z/260z, hence the taller height rotor on the 240K, and spring perch diameter is huge compared to Z strut perches. You can fit 240k (2door) hubs onto a Z strut, and after machining out hub hole, bolt the 260Z ( DB325) rotor on, However the caliper ears on the Z may not allow fitment of the stock Z twin piston caliper, due to difference in height of rotor mount faces 260Z vs 240K ( 2door) The four door 240K ran a less "beefier" hub To original poster,,, Why do you want 260Z hubs? If its for " upgrade" of 240Z hubs, why bother, only major difference is actual height of disc rotor. The 240Z hub is perfectly adequate for all uses. Quote
zeds4ever Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Thanks Jason, you are definitely the "Oracle" of all things Zed related. Regards: Alan. Quote

Was wishfully hoping they might bolt straight on. Cheers PB Quote
