Hey everyone I have just picked up myself a 260z coupe, (it was posted in the third party sites for sale on here a week ago). Its gold with a l28 turbo and simmons. Its a good starting point for a project.

Welcome, really nice looking Z you have picked up.

I love the simmons V4 rims, what size are they ?

Hope you enjoy the car.

Looking forward to hearing what plans you have for her.

Cheers

Thanks. I like the Simmons for now but will change them in the future. They are 16s. Not sure on the width. First thing is to get it running right and get it on club rego then slowly work on it. My brother has a panel shop down here so bodywork will probably be next.

Does it need much bodywork done? Seemed like a steal with the L28 turbo in it.

The body isn't too bad just a few dints. The roof has been jumped On at some point and fixed poorly. The motor is very smokey. It gather it's had a hard life. It been boosted with NOS. It also has coilovers and a nice brake upgrade. It has twin pot calipers on the front and a disc brake rear. They are pbr branded. All in all I think it was a good buy.

Yep that's the one. I will start a build thread soon. I am just going to make a tidy streeter out of it. Looking forward to getting it running right and getting it on club rego. I have never driven one before.
