Followed by a 1 hour special on Today Tonight about how gangs of hoons are terrorizing the streets and killing small animals in their hotted up cars that strangely ride on only two wheels. After that would be quickly implemented and poorly thought out knee jerk laws to appease the ignorant masses who have been wound up by the Today Tonight story they just watched. I would imagine the fine for 'Operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner on two wheels" would be several hundred dollars for the first offence then impounding/crushing of the car for the second offence. Owning a motorbike would become very painful and expensive... Quote
