Because it looks as though I am getting a hell of a lot of tracktime to myself by the lack of chatter. Lets hope the real warriors are on the track and not their keyboards. I personally have been prepping for this for ages. I have a shiny new sprayjob, it even looks like a racecar now. Going by the sup regs emailed on Sunday, the show and shine is now at Morgan Park . Can you put up a link, or post up the schedules of the events, days/times etc? An entry list? Be helpfull for those that are wanting to do a day trip to this. Quote

Within this pack you will find attached: 1) Addendum to General Supplementary Regulations & Further Regulations. 2) Guide to GETTING AROUND WARWICK – this includes Maps and a Directional Signage Plan for Morgan Park Raceway for both SHOW N SHINE & MOTORSPORTS Entrants. This clearly states that once you arrive at the Main Gate to the Track Paddock – “Show N Shine & Car Display to the LEFT” – “Motorsports to the RIGHT”. 3) SHOW N SHINE JUDGING FOR CARS ENTERED IN ON TRACK EVENTS [incl. RACE CARS CLASS] – we know that you may need to be in 2 places at once – you may be on the track, while the show n shine judging takes place on Saturday. The choice will be yours: OPTION A: KEEP ON RACING and we will judge your entry in your pit garage– Don’t Worry we will find you. It will be treated as a WORKING RACE Car and “brake dust on wheels” or “bugs on windscreens” will be given bonus points. OPTION B: STOP RACING for Saturday MORNING and PARK YOUR CAR IN THE SHOW Display area and it will be judged @ 10.00am, and you will be able to re-join the Track events around 12.00am. 4) REGULARITY TRAILS – please note the attached notes for Timing, Points & General Information. If you have a PIT GARAGE and want to PIT with your mates PLEASE ENTER TOGETHER or at least select your Garage and “SAVE” the ones either side for your friends – NOT ALL GARAGES HAS BEEN BOOKED SO there is plenty of room. Timing will be by My Laps. A Transponder and Bracket will be supplied to each driver. A $100 cash deposit will be required by all drivers when collecting their My Laps Electronic Timing Transponder. This deposit will be refunded when the Transponder and bracket is returned at the end of the day. Transponders will available from the timing office, first floor Control Tower. Racing Numbers are listed and drivers will be supplied with this number by the organiser. Numbers are to be positioned at the top left corner of the windscreen for vehicles with Windscreens. The numbers must be clearly visible to the timekeepers. Scrutiny: Go Pros / Cameras both external and internal are to be fitted to the Chief Scrutineers satisfaction on presentation at scrutiny. It is his word that controls the fitting. Tyres: Tyre warming in any form is not permitted during the event. Regularity: Refer to notes for Regularity competitors to which will be given at documentation Please make sure you receive a copy. Sprints: Drivers will be grouped as listed in the Programme from Group 1 onwards in numerical order. Groups will consist of 8 cars. There will be one warm up lap, 3 run laps and 1 cool down lap. Have a feeling though that it will start to fine up soon. Some great cars present, as well as S30's there are quite a few other ND models including 510's and tir3ds V8 280ZX. Plenty of people taking pics so hopefully someone will post some here. Quote

Numbers well down on 2009, in both track events and show, Jon Sideens in his 3.4 litre Zed looked to be king f the kids! Quote
tir33d Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 My water allergy was full blown today. Had a run on the long track this afternoon though, man I got know idea on that first right sweeper. Too slow every time, but still safe. And that braking zone into the first corner felt terrible, after watching so many cars spin there I really didn't want to become one of those statistics. 260DET Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Sunday was a great day and the trophy award dinner was packed and of course some had to miss it to head for home early, chock a block at $70 a head which included a drinks allowance. Everyone seemed genuinely rapt in the event and pleased that they had participated, certainly the best Q NDN I've been to even if it was spectating only for me. For anyone who could not be there to collect a trophy they will be mailed to you. NSW's turn next, from what their reps were saying they will be putting on a 'not to miss' event too.
