Agno Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Hi everyone. I'm chasing the 6 thick bridge washers used to mount the intake and exhaust manifolds. Does anyone have any spares? Alex Quote
bluerat Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 N/A Lurchie...So I was told, then again they didn't know what a R200 diff was... Quote
dat2kman Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 If handy with Oxy or a mg/tig, probably easier and quicker to make some up, to the stepped thickness you need. The raised bit only needs to be 1/3rd of a circle. I used to oxy mine up, and surface grind to height required. Quote
Gyra Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 I've got a spare set if you want them. These were made up from washers by an exhaust shop when I had some headers fitted. Strangely 1 is flat. The other 5 have a step on them. I'm in Gisborne if you want to pick them up (or Docklands during the week). Or I could mail them free if you donate to the site... Cheers Gary Quote

Agno Posted January 28, 2013 Author Posted January 28, 2013 Thanks for the hits fellas. A friend of mine is going to spin some up out of stainless and is asking if anyone else might be interested? Quote
nizm0zed Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I used the big thick exhaust washers off a stock RB30 exhaust manifold i had attached to a box (you know what im talking about Agno) I ground the step into them where needed with a bench grinder. Quote
