we all know what warren is like but we all know what zed owners are like tooo, i had parts for sale and i still have them reason being is z owners and some i mean wanna laugh at you in your face and offer you $50 for a dash and $5 for original emblems that don't exist anymore, specially when i spent hrs pulling all the parts out and wasted hours and they don't buy anything, ill be exactly like warren "f**ck of" excuse the language. i bought from warren and had no issues over the years, the secret just pay the full price and stop being a tight ass, restoring a car is not with left over pocket money. its an expensive hobby...other then that just buy from the states simple as that

hey gents, got a few z parts im offloading, seat, front windscreen glass, l26 engine, centre line drag wheels, original wheels, hitachi carbs, suspension parts, rear bumper in very good condition, no dents just needs re chroming. dash, stainless steel fuel tank, original radiator and the list goes on. thats whats on top of my head at the moment. just ask me what you want and if i have it ill sell it, thought ill put them up on the forum first before i advertise them on gumtree. cheers George

mate i know the feeling, its happened 6 years ago, and it still pisses me of when i see the pics... just finished my restoration and first day on the rd, an idiot hit me from behind and pushed me into 4 cars...the car was a banana... i hope u get to fix it....

my slilver 260 was way worse, got hit from behind and pushed into 4 cars and it was bent like a banana and it was repairable but at the time it wasnest worth it cause they where worth nothing so i cut it up and used it for my project at the time and said i will buy an accident free shell and use all the parts from mine but after 4 years in the shed sanding and panel beating, i think im happy to keep the parts as spares hahaha..... a good old school panel beater will fix it and u would never know it was in an accident....

keep in mind these cars arent young anymore, they where never perfect of the production line ps all these years on the rd and subject to all sorts of twisting and metal flexing, its hard to get them perfect, and even when you do after putting it back together, one day u will be washing it and think what the hell? i had that gap perfect lolll then you learn to turn the blind eye and keep washing or else it will sit in your garage and never driven hahaha i see new cars and i mean expensive cars and the gaps are out....i speak to some of the guys at car shows and when your checking out there rides and u will find they all say the same thing, can never get those gaps right lolll

hi gave, they all seem to sit high near that section half way up the bonnet when you close it, my original one is like that and even the new after market one i got is the same, my mates had the same issue, they never line up, i had to drill the bonnet hing holes to be able to do some adjustments on my bonnet, also dont be afraid to twist the bonnet when u tack the frame up, or put a piece of timber along the side of the bonnet and press on it, but not too harsh so u dont warp it...all fun and games till they do ur head in lolll

it takes 5 minutes to cut it out with a tin snip,but thats not the problem.. the problem its not strong and powerful enough to blow the air out on a hot day...

i got the kit of ebay from memory, comes with compressor, condenser and the lot,i just find the civic fan isnt as strong to blow the cold air out but in saying that, the plumbing isnt completely air tight...

mate i would go for them, best thing i ever done for mine, i shopped around heaps in australia to put a set of coilovers they r gonna cost u more by the time u buy them and cut them and fabricate and all the headache, these just bolt on and u can lower ur car as much as u want and raise it as mush as u want

hi gav, i used to work on fuel tankers and weld them, to de gas the tank, just take the plug out and run hot water from where u fill the tank from and let the water run for 20 min, the vapour of the hot water carries out with it the fuel vapour and it should be fine to do wat ever u want, just make sure your fuel lines are done aswell or cover them up hope that helps, cheers George
