  1. I'd also recommend the Carbuilders solution.
  2. Hi Craig, Would love to but the Zed is off the road at the moment. I actually got the refurbed carbies back today so will be spending the weekend getting it back together and tuned...fingers crossed! Cheers Tony

  4. Hi Gav, Can I please go on your wait list for the option of buying one of your restored units once available? Many thanks Tony
  5. G'day Peter, I know what you mean! I recall the shortest stalk they offered was 30cm which is probably 5-7cm too long. Picture of mine installed attached FYI, no problems otherwise using the factory mounting points. Cheers Tony
  6. G'day Alan, Give Hemco a call and see if they can refurbish them?! I've dealt with them twice, buying new belts for the Z and XP. Cheers Tony
  7. Hi Peter, It was a great drive, albeit a bit (alot!) chilly!! There were plenty of people taking snaps so I'm sure they will post them soon. Cheers Tony
  8. G'day Alan, It was a great day, good company, and my pleasure! I look forward to you returning the favour in your ride later this year Cheers Tony
  9. My passenger has had to pull out so I have a spare seat from/to the Hydro if anyone is interested! FYI, I'll need to leave Taralga by 3 for home.
  10. Hi Alan, I must have a different setup as your comment "...set up for the pass indicator button at the top of it." doesn't look like what I have?!?
  11. G'day Alan, Just pulled mine out for a clean up and took a whole bunch of photos...do these help? I've got plenty of others if you like...in and out of the car. Cheers Tony
  12. It's in the diary Craig!

  14. I am keen to refresh my carburettors so am looking for advice on what 'kits' are available and which provides the best refresh options for my set of worn Hitachi's. Many thanks ?
  15. Unfortunately I can't make the 19th so look forward to the following outing! Cheers Tony
  16. Haha, I don't think so Don't like getting it wet either, it's been in the family since new. I think the mighty 170Pursuit would still struggle to get the tail out even given the volume of rain forecast!
  17. Hi Guys, Given the pretty crap weather forecast for this Sunday I'm pulling the pin on the drive to Scarborough. Call me nancy but I don't like taking the car out in the rain or the idea of a long rainy drive there and back. I hope everyone has safe and enjoyable day and I look forward to next time! Cheers Tony
  18. Hmmm, thanks Peter more food for thought!
  19. Interesting and I'd certainly consider it....but first need to get my hands on the old radio hardware! Hope someone can help me out, as I say working or not.
  20. Hi Gav, Looks great, but regrettably I have a blanked hole in my dash and would love to buy a period radio - working or even not so long as the face etc looks good. Have actually got used to using a neat little Bluetooth speaker and my phone....but would love the dash to look complete. Anyone got one working or not?! Cheers Tony
  21. Just a thought! Went for a drive over the weekend from the Mountains to Wollombi Tavern, nice drive also!
  22. Perhaps Jenolan Caves or Bathurst for lunch and if Bathurst a visit to the track museum?!
  23. Great photos Peter ? Perhaps a nice late autumn drive to Jenolan Caves?!
