Wanted , Standard rear springs for 73 240Z Thanks

I have a 73 240z and curious to know which original radio would have been installed at the factory... Most 73 models in the US (internet search) don't have the antenna switch. And my antenna switch is mounted under the centre panel next to the fuse box which I don't think is standard. My guess is a previous owner mounted it there when fitting an after market stereo. Any insight into what I should have had would be great! Thanks

For saleTriple Dellorto DHLA40G on Cannon manifold with linkages and filters These have come off my 240z L24 engine. I removed the engine at Easter 2017 and upgrade to an L28 with Weber 45s. I have now decided i want to freshen up the original L24 and put it back to original spec with original twin carburettors and selling the triple set up will contributed to funding this . I want my matching numbers engine to be all original again, even though i don't really have plans to put it back in the car and having this setup hangin off the side of the L seems a bit of a waste. This triple setup was put together back in around 2008 , the carbs were all rebuilt then and are still in good condition , no leaks and run fine. When i had the car back in around 2011 i sent it to a local dyno tuner here in Adelaide to iron out some of the bugs it still had from the previous/original tune somewhere in Melbourne and it came up pretty good with about 94kw at the wheels at 5600rpm. This is a standard spec L24 with extractors and petronix ignition . it has been reliable and had no need for retuning in the following 6 years and i drove it as much as possible as a weekender and the odd occasion to work. These ran off the original Nikki mechanical fuel pump and from the original fuel rail. Included are Triple carbs with ram tubes, manifold, linkages that hook up to original pedal bellcrank and filters , although 4 filters are due to be replaced and i will buy 4 new Unifilters to match the other 2 bought last year and include. New fuel hoses included with hose clamps. Asking $1250 Any questions please let me know Thanks

My 73 240Z Nissan tag is held on with screws, is this normal? whilst my Aus Compliance is riveted which is fair enough , it was probably done when it got here in Australia. should my Nissan tag have been originally riveted on at the factory in Japan?

Hi Greg, Sorry i had a bit of trouble with this request, stopped to have a think about it , then forgot to get back to it. what model z do you have and year? i can get the early 240z housing with temp sensor outlet only but cant seem to get the late 240z with temp outlet and extra water outlet which i think goes on to the manifold/carbs.

wanted : 280zx gearbox crossmember there are 2 types , a straight one and one with bend in it for a gearbox mount further towards the rear of the car i want a bent one thanks

Correct they are non vented type

I bought the calipers from another zed owner here in Adelaide. They were in pretty bad shape and had been sitting for years. Seal kit and pistons came from here: Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/262493450467 Elbow fittings from yahoo japan Rubber hoses are the same as Silvia ones so we're easy to obtain I had to get some o-ring seals that go between the 2 halves of the calipers so dropped into power brakes on north east road. They said the Ford falcon guys are all using the cast iron vht paint on their calipers for the original look. Glad I picked it now, when cleaned up the calipers are too shiny silver for my liking.

I overhauled and painted a pair of these this week, with new pistons and seals, replated bolts, pins etc, new 45 degree fittings and hoses and painted in VHT 'cast iron' engine enamel. Finished up looking real nice!
