  1. It's factory 905 red and has only had one respray, it still has the hand painted black radiator support which I'll attach a photo, and yes the door cards are of a later car
  2. I will most likely regret it Gav after its gone, but For now the others have priority. Thank you for your comments Jeff, however gumtree will not except an ad unless there is a price displayed and I believe the reserve is realistic given the market, so I'll guess we will see what someone is prepared to pay and they can make the call in relation to the rust, good luck trying to find another early car as this!

  21. For sale is my 1973 Datsun 240z Automatic. I bought the car of the previous lady owner who had owned the car for 38 years, its matching numbers and the engine was rebuilt roughly 10 years ago by a respected mechanic and has done bugger all kilometres. The car is fairly original inside and out including the original carpets, original vinyl, the dash has two cracks but they are not major. It still has the original radio and all the instruments work including the heater. Outside the car has been painted along time ago in the original colour and still presents well apart from some stone chips on the front. I put the rear spoiler on and the front spoiler come with the car and is a genuine AUNGER front spoiler. All the badges are in good condition and the front struts have been replaced. I have spent money around the car tidying it up and it still presents really well and drives great. It's currently registered until the 15/2/2016 in NSW. Here is a link with some progress photos. http://www.viczcar.com/forum/topic/12808-1973-240z/?hl=curtis&do=findComment&comment=152038 Loction: Byron Bay, NSW Price:$30,000 Contact: Curtis 0423 660 281
