That 260z is one of my old cars, I only sold it to him last year. It's not a bad car and drove well but I know from owning it would STRONGLY recommend having a look at it before you by it always looked alot better in photos.

judging by the photos there's a fair bit of cancer.

I must admit when I first seen this ad I thought he has to be kidding, it is on the high side for a 2+2 especially when you go onto the shannons auction sight and see what 240z/260z have been selling for, of memory a tidy SERIES 1 240z in good condition went for 17k and when I tried to sell my 71 240z in original condition I kept getting offers between 15 - 17k. I would definately say this car is one for a collector as they are extremely hard to find in this condition and only getting harder to find with all the books and matching numbers, but not at 17k. just my 2 cents worth.

That red one looks pretty good for the money if its as good as it looks in the photo's.

I agree, there is no way I would pay over 10k, especially with rust that bad around the wheel arch, there is bound to be more and also I wonder why there is no interior shots. I believe a member on here bought the 72 240z of the trading post it was white with red interior and looked more original and it was advertised for 9k
