    this week i have been working on getting the brakes fitted up. the fronts were easy as they came in a kit. but the rears are from an r31 skyline and i had to do some work to make them fit, Next week I will be fitting up the brake lines and hand brake cables and hopefully it will be able to stop when i roll it down my drive way I will be rebuilding the rear brakes before the car goes on the road.

    thanx guys. It is turning out better than i imagined. I cant wait to get the motor in so it dont lok like a 4 wheel drive

    More pretty pictures next week i will be putting in some brakes so i can bring it home ( i have a rather steep drive way and would like atleast a hand brake so i dont lose it through the back of the shed

    Is it possible to use the original speedo when fitting an rb20det? I have a r32 skyline gauge cluster and it has a speedo cable input on it much the same as my original 240z gauge. So why can't I just plug the speedo cable in to that from the gear box ?

    Yeh go very slow and you will be ok. If this is the way you are more comfortable with the go with it

    I was unlucky with camrys. Every one I had was a mechanical nigatmare. But yes I have heard they are supose to be reliable

    I would pull the dent out the best you can with a deny puller then use some heat stinking after if needed. I you cut it and weld it it will warp and need to be either dent pulled or shrunk or both any way.

    I think mine are a touch wider. But then the 2+2 i wider in the rear guards than the 2 seater so it should still be ok

    chris dropped some flares of to me on the weekend so this after noon after work i did i trial fit to make sure they are all good. I will cut the wheel arches later. the first photo reminds me of that rat rod zed
