    Yeh the pump is lower than the tank but it does sound like it is running dry. Ill put more fuel in it tomorrow just to make sure it's not out of fuel.

    I have a carter feeding a surge tank from the main tank. Then the Bosch 044 feeding the injectors from the surge tank. I need to shift the surge tank before I fit the r200 because the r200 mustache bare will not clear the surge tank

    Each trip gets longer and longer. Chris is bringing me some tires up in a week or to so I will be able to go even thurther. I have an issue with my brand new Bosch o44 it is making funny noises. So I may have to revise my fuel system.

    Just worked out there is nothing wrong with my tail shaft. The noise was my brake line hitting my half shaft. I am squishing those bugs one by one.

    I just worked out that you don't need a vl commodore speedo drive for this. I just unscrews the rb20det electronic speed sender and screwed my standard 240z speedo cable straight in and now I have a working speedo as simple as that.

    Yes the did strap is in place an I have a rubber did mound I will be using when I fit the LSD. The tailshaft it's self has quite a bit of play in the uni joints. It sounded like there was was something hitting the tail shaft but it was all clear.

    Yeh I prob won't get there till late feb because I will be moving house again some time in janruary. I will sure let you know. I need to see if I can con him in to doing it on a Saturday for me. I think the timing might be out as I had to change the cas from one engine to another. It will also need a boost leak test. I didn't get to give it much shit but it did seem to come on boost way to late even for an rb20det.

    So any way. I put some registration on my 240z today for the first time in almost 7 years. So the story goes with the first drive. I didn't get far before I noticed a pretty bad rattle coming from the rear of the car when I reached about 20 Kmh. So I put it up on the jack stands and all I can see wrong is that the tail shaft has a fear amount of play in the uni joint. So I think I will be pulling it out and having it rebuilt after all. As soon as I have that sorted I will be able to drive it to jazmac for a tune

    It's out of my hands now. Chris cam and picked it up and took it back to Adelaide to get it checked out. Did you know Chris is a big human nature fan.

    Ok diff is out and with the back plate off I can see that the shaft is trying to engage the spline on the opposite side of the diff and I don't think that is supposed to happen. It won't go in the other side because there is a washer half way up the spline where the circlip is suposed to be. So it is getting sent back to the diff shop today that asured Chris that the diff was all good

    This isn't a conversion. This diff came out of this car and the shaft has been in and out more than once its just this time it won't go back in.

    Yeh this one does not even have the circlip. On the right side there is the spline then a gap then another spline. It's like it is not meshing with the second spline

    I have been trying to get the right had side drive shaft back I. Chris's r200 LSD It goes most of the way in but stops around 10mm short. The right hand side has the longer spline yeh? Any tips? Or am I not hiding my tong right?

    I know this guy and it did happen. He posted a video on face book of him self doing 260 king in his brand new ford gt-r spec. The first comment that was posted was my mate telling him what a Wayne cer he was for posting it on face book and for doing it at all. He ended up with his car impounded and loss of license. He didn't learn though because I saw him out hooning in his vy monaro a week later. He deserves to have his car crushed and to be made to watch it

    I was looking at arazona z car and it looks as though their rotors may fit the jsk hats. I think they may even be the same rotors that I have.

    Does any one know a link for jsk brakes. I can't find a working link. I am using jsk hats and rotors with my wilwoods calipers. I just want to know they havnt gone out of buisinuss? Am I still Going to be able to get rotors if I need them. I have two new sets but would like to know I can get more?

    3m do a rely good one but its close to $80 a tube it works out cheaper to plastic weld, so we plastic weld. But there are plastics that can not be welded like in fpv front bars so some times you need it
