Any tips on painting a PU spoiler? Can I use normal 1 pack arcylic undercoat and topcoat? Thanks in advance for any tips.

Getting close to finish now. Fitted the console, radio etc today. Headlights are in, waiting for spoiler and bumper rubbers to turn up. Took a shot of grandson in his first time in the Z. Pulled the front parker etc lights apart and cleaned ready to go in when the spoiler arrives. Can't wait to go for a drive.

Top stuff mate. Looks like another garden shed going upat my place.

Hi, does anyone have a pic of the underside of a 260 2+2 console with all the bits still in. Forgot to take a pic when pulling mine apart and now am stumped. Thanks in advance for any help.

Alan the plug with the green loop is male on the loop side and female on the loom side. I am still not sure which one is the hazard plug and which one is the radio as I have stated the console loom is not in the book and I don't have the original radio. Could I trouble you to post me your switch and see if it fits and works. Bit much to ask someone to pull out their console to have a look for me and would not expect it. The switches I have seen on e-bay don't show the plug clearly so maybe you could take a close up pic and maybe I can figure it out from there. Thanks for all your help.

Adam, I don't have the switches, I only found them listed on e-bay when searching for mine. Dimitri, My loom will not take round pins but if you could supply a pic of the location of the pins I may be able to cut and join the wires in the right order. As I have said before the wires in the console harness are all black therefore colour coding to match up wires without a plug is out the window unless you are a auto electrician. Thanks.

Thanks mate. Do you still have that 260 switch. Found plenty of 240's on e-bay in the USA and some 260/280. My book has all wiring harnesses except the console one. Looks like there were different requirements for different countries so it was easier to leave it out of the book.

Hey Dimitri if that 260 switch looks like the pic and fits into the plug can I take it off your hands please. Also found heaps of 240 ones on e-bay from USA that may fit your cars. Sorry to barge in Adam.

Have got it figured out. The bottom plug with green loop is for radio, centre off white is the hazard and right plug is for power aerial. Rear defogger and light connected. Now all I have to find is the hazard switch with wires and plug attached.

Thanks for your help but I still need a switch and wire with connector.

Now I am confused. Both looms have the plug with the green loop. Cannot trace these wires as all wires in the loom are black. All I need is a Switch with the plug attached if anyone has one.

Ok here are some pics of the good loom and the not so good loom. As you can see one has the female conectors for the hazard switch and not sure what the other one is for. Maybe the choke light.

Hi If the back of the door cards are ok any decent auto trimmer can repair them like my guy did. You have looked at my car and that is what I did with mine.

Hi I am after a 75 260 2+2 hazard switch and wiring with plug. I have a switch but PO cut off the wires and plug and plug has been cut off harness so I have no idea what wires go together as all wires in harness are black. Any help appreciated.
