    lol, i heard that under his helmet there is no head, just air, but if you put your hand there, you can feel him and only blind people know what he looks like. ZD44TT reckons his front spoiler made a huge difference and then his little rear spoiler (like Sulios) pretty much sealed the deal.

    Finally the engine is back i the car, just going through the painful process of plumbing it back up and figuring out what goes where and why I have so many bolts left Ill get a pic of the new bling soon too.

    Personally I prefer Van's ones, though maybe flipping the black and white to make the background black. No offence, but I think the wreath has been done to death and i reckon Van's make it look much fresher and new age (in the the reversed colours). Just my personal opinion and im still going to get a price on some of Vans', maybe we could decide on 2 different ones of both designers and people can choose which one they want?

    yeh, they are good. would be good to get some. I know someone who does this sort of thing, I could show him the designs and get a price if anyone is interested. Im happy to organise this one, just gonna have to mail to most members is all.

    Yeh, damn it, though we probly wont see as many cars dying from rust, they dont seem to rust down there even though there is no difference in distance from the water. Humidity maybe?

    Thats really clean. I have a few mates here in Canberra with sprinters and one Trueno looks the same as yours, 1x 4AGE, 1x 4AGZE (SC14, only one in oz we know of) and 1x 4AGTE. If you want to know any more info on their work, send me a PM.

    sitting on stands in my garage awaiting a gasket so i can unleash hell on it and get it going in the next week or so. Cant bloody wait. I would love to get it going on new years, just to make it exactly 1 year off the road and back going so much harder, but before then would be good too.

    Transfer to 2CAV and forget your money worries jk I had a little bit of work done at the panel beaters/painters near "AJ" towers in the city near the big fuel depot thing. They seemed to be pretty good and didnt cost the earth. Couldnt tell you the name of it though. But it wasnt the one right near the Bridge Toyota. Hope that makes sense

    I will second the close to $50k comment, im there already. http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php?topic=1560.msg11199#msg11199 I hope my build up and its pics might give a little more insight into what needs doing for an RB conversion, but feel free to message if you need any help. I have paid a lot of people to do my work, but I always over see whats being done.

    The custom tanks arnt that expensive to buy, but fitting it will probly cost a bit more. In the end, it wouldnt be that hard or expensive though. The custom exhaust will cost more than the tank if they use good quality stainless.

    yeh?I would have thought it to be the other way around, but i wouldnt have clue when it comes to painting and panel beating, someone else will be doing the painting and installing of both flares and bar.

    Yeh, well i will be painting the flares black and so it should look fine. ZD44TT has the same bar on the same colour and it looks good, but im trying to decide whether it would look better or not. Im leaning towards black so that its easier to maintain since the car will be pushed hard most of the time, but i do want it to look good.

    lol, will do. So what you reckon on the front bar? Normal black, or colour coded?

    ok, he has had enough offers on parts to not sell it as one. So, I believe he was asking $150 for the engine in running and believed to be good condition, im not sure on the others, but its all going really cheap so like i said, make an offer on parts and see how it goes.

    Not at all Im slowly getting it back together, but leep hitting big snags, like missing parts etc. Thats the problem with rebuilding an engine over the course of a year

    No kidding? Have you got the Abrams up that end yet? I was leaving from the School when they rocked up there. Got to play in them overseas too, pretty cool. Good luck with the car.

    Im not in anymore, discharged in Dec last year. What unit are you in? Im ex 2CAV.

    That it is. Im thinking of having the same thing done on my bumper, can i ask how much it will cost to do? Maybe we could both save on freight and get them done at the same time? I want to do both of mine, but that depends on funding.
